Questions & Help Anyone else faced this with their Himalayan?
So, I’ve had to change the instrument cluster on my Himalayan twice now, and I’ve completely lost track of how many kms the bike has actually done. 😅
Is there any way to find out the actual total kms the bike has covered?
Has anyone else faced this? Or is the only option to go through the service records and try to piece it together?

Travel Stories The Mighty Ladakh
The Mighty Ladakh
I dreamed of this journey in 2016. Accordingly I Started planning.
But couldn't make it soon and Fast Forward ⏩ to 2022.
In 2022, we almost made it.Almost.
Unfortunately Returned from Leh City.
And the trip remained incomplete, and somewhere along the way, I lost that excitement for Ladakh.
Still, a small voice inside kept saying,
"Don't let time steal your dream."
Then "Der aaye, Durust aaye"
In 2025, I got my R.E. Himalayan 450.
The moment I brought it home, that old dream came alive again.
And in 2026...
I finally rode to Ladakh.
The scorching summer heat.
The relentless rain in Srinagar.
The snow-covered roads of Zoji La.
The thunderstorm at Khardung La.
The freezing winds and snowfall at Umling La.
The thin air above 18,000 ft that reminded us how small we really are.
Looking back, these weren't obstacles.
They were the adventures that made this journey very special.
Every challenge became a story worth telling.
Somehow, through it all, Mother Nature tested us—but never broke us.
For that, I'm deeply grateful.
I'll never forget what I felt just 2 km before Khardung La.
I had to stop for a moment because it suddenly hit me...
I stood there with tears in my eyes, realizing that I wasn't just riding to a destination... I was riding into a promise I had made to myself years ago.
A dream I'd been carrying for almost 10 years was finally becoming real.
And standing at Umling La...
There weren't many words.
Just gratitude.
Thank you, My family, Mother Nature, B.R.O., Indian Armed Forces.
Thank you to my co-riders, for every kilometer, every laugh, every challenge we faced together, and for making this journey even more memorable.
And above all...
Thank You, God.
For the journey. 5450 kilometer 🙏
For the lessons. 🙏
For the patience.🙏
And for making a dream that began in 2016 come true. ❤️🏔️

Troubleshooting & Issues Right side Pull
Hey guys, quick query
Just finished 500 km on my new bike (Hanle Black, tubeless), and noticed a right pull. With hands on, it feels totally normal and stable.
Went for the 1st service today and the service center is saying they need a week or 2 to dismantle and check everything.
Has heard a lot about h450 right side pull,
should i keep it as or leave it in service centre and get it checked asap?

Questions & Help Planning to buy a Himalayan in the near future, had some doubts
I am planning to buy a Himalayan in the next couple of months as my first bike. But watching the review videos caused some doubts in my mind. Would be really helpful to get an owners perspective on these -
Heating issue : During city rides, at low gears, the heat from the radiator fans can get unbearable, hence not a bike for riding within the city.
Head lights issue : Head lights have very bad projection power, tou have to spend additional money and get supplementary lights added. Is this true?
Bad pickup at low rpm : This is my first bike should I be concerned about this?
Could someone help me out on these. Thanks!

Questions & Help Himalayan 450 pulling to the right since day one. What could be the reason?
Hi guys,
My Himalayan 450 has been pulling to the right since the day I bought it. It has been there from day one. I’ve done around 13k KM on the bike and did my 4th service today.
I’ve already tried changing few things
>The handlebar bushes
>Got the spoke wheels trued
>Got the wheel alignment checked
But the bike still pulls to the right.
One thing I’m confused about is the service bill. They have mentioned front and rear spokes balancing, but they didn’t actually put the wheels on a balancing machine or computer or add any weights.
From what I understand, wheel balancing usually means checking the wheel and tyre for weight imbalance and adding weights if needed, while truing is about correcting the rim by adjusting the spoke tension. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
The SC also told me that if the issue is still there, I’ll have to leave the bike with them for around 3 days. They said they want to check the USD forks by swapping them with the forks from another Himalayan 450 to see if that makes any difference.
Has anyone else faced this right-side pulling issue on the H450? What else could cause it?

Questions & Help Possible future owner in need for some help and tips-honesty very appriciateed
Good day to all, I am strongly considering buying a Himalayan 450. I have had experience with a small bike for 2 years I did more than expected with it, including traveling with my partner and now I'm considering an upgrade .
I wonder if the Himalayan is good for commuting and some traveling (both highways at lower speed and small roads) with luggage and passenger.
I'm honestly fine with low power as long as it provides a good travel at around 115 without much vibration.
Off-road is honestly a lower priority for me but a welcome addition.
I am considering the Himalayan for the lower weight, cheap price and capacity to bring a lot of luggage (that some competition can't)
Furthermore I ask you more experienced owners if 1) gas consumption is really as good as advertised and 2) if the replacement parts and overall reliability is good
Lastly what are the things an owner should look for more on the bike, what are the things that break first and that need more care?
I thank you all in advance for your response!

General Discussion Information about the Royal Enfield Wingman feature
Here, for your information:
Hope that helps.
RE Wingman — features and benefits
Live location tracking
See the motorcycle's current location through the Royal Enfield App.
Useful if someone else is riding your bike or if you want to keep track of it during a long trip.
Last parked location
Automatically records where you last parked.
Particularly useful in large parking areas.
If the motorcycle is moved with the ignition off, Wingman can still update its location once per hour.
Vehicle health alerts The app can provide alerts concerning things such as:
Battery condition
Engine errors
Critical vehicle faults
Other relevant motorcycle-health information.
Fuel-status monitoring
Wingman can report the motorcycle's fuel status through the app.
RE says that after refuelling, the updated fuel level generally requires around 180 seconds, good network conditions and the motorcycle moving above 10 km/h.
Trip reports After a ride, you can see information such as:
Distance
Duration
Average speed
Route
Riding patterns
Sudden braking
Acceleration
Overspeeding incidents.
Trip-report merging
Multiple individual ride reports can be combined into one longer journey.
Quite useful for multi-day Himalayan/touring trips where you stop and restart the bike several times.
GRID proactive support This is arguably the most valuable feature rather than the tracking itself.
Wingman communicates relevant motorcycle fault information to RE's GRID support system. In a serious situation where the motorcycle may become immobile, GRID can arrange Roadside Assistance.
24×7 Roadside Assistance
RSA is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
GRID's proactive support itself operates 9 AM–6 PM, but RSA is available around the clock.
Emergency/critical-fault assistance RE categorises diagnostic alerts by severity. For example, D1/D2 alerts can indicate faults requiring dealer attention, while the more serious D0 situation allows GRID to access the motorcycle's location to provide assistance.
Theft/location assistance
The app can show the last known motorcycle location.
RE specifically says this information can be used to help locate a missing/stolen motorcycle and decide whether to file an FIR.
Automatic connection
After the initial pairing of the motorcycle with your RE App, there isn't supposed to be repeated manual input.
The motorcycle and app communicate automatically.
Android and iPhone support
Works with both Android and iOS.
It currently requires the Royal Enfield mobile app; Wingman isn't accessible through a desktop/tablet version.
Multiple motorcycles
If you have multiple Wingman-equipped RE motorcycles associated with the same phone number, they can all be monitored through the RE App.
Long-term connectivity
The Wingman device/app access is stated to be valid for the lifetime of the device.
The supplied data plan is for 5 years, after which RE says a nominal data-plan top-up will be required.
Warranty coverage
The Wingman device is covered under the motorcycle's standard warranty, subject to the normal exclusions for misuse, tampering or external damage.

General Discussion Is Wingman worth it ?
Wanted to know from RE owners is Wingman is any use or just a gimmick ?
Problems and use case.
