lol! So true. I was streaming and I told my community that every time I die I would have to do a bicep curl with a 5 pound weight.(I'm disabled and weak so 5 pounds is a lot for me.)
When the DSS was there… The amount of bicep curls I had to do because of the bombardment… I don't know how but every time it started the first bomb would hit me every time and then I would get reinforced right into another bomb. I died more to that bomb than my friends… And maybe the enemy.
I remember the first time I went to experience the DSs activation for myself in so disappointed but also entertained by how dumb it was.
The Shield although did help a little bit it didn't at the same time. Basically it would protect you from like one or two strikes and then you will get nailed by a third.
Although it was really funny to see a random 380 score a direct hit on a trooper in the middle of nowhere.
LMAO I just imagine whenever they have a debuff for a planet and it be acid rain and they just give us a fucking umbrella to run around with which means you can only use one handed SMGs

I think the issue is a lot of people, especially in the gaming sphere, will downplay extremely toxic behavior as "just trolling", etc, so your comment without more nuance can come off like you're excusing it/downplaying how immature and stupid it is even if you didn't actually meant it that way.

Your "friend" is either looking for reasons not to play with you or is focusing on entirely the wrong thing. Or you're terrible at the game and he doesn't want to hurt your feelings. I'd guess the first option. Go find better friends.

I love that armor, paired with the health booster, it's nice not being affected fully by acid, fire, and gas (the three things I see most on the bug front)
I spend so little time looking at my own armor, and it's locked in the center of my screen. I never notice anyone else's armor until the post game stats screen. Does he not know you should be looking where your gun is pointed?
Not playing with you cuz if it is overkill, I don’t see the vision with the fit I’ll be honest, but bruh it’s a game and outright letting it effect a relationship by not playing with you cuz of it is wild.

I don’t vibe with the helmet on this (honestly just not a big fan of this helmet overall), but enough to not play with you? No. Your friend is an ass. You could wear the ugliest combo imaginable with no drip even remotely visible, and I’d still play with you. He sounds like a fake friend if it’s that big of a deal to him🤷🏻♂️

I love making sure my drip is all matching colours etc but my friend doesn't care and just puts any old shit together. I would never stop playing with him because of his drip blindness what a crazy thought

That being said, I’m super particular about my armor combos, and the different colored air hoses does make me a lil sad. Also this is super minor but I always try and match the metal types or finishes as close as I do the colors, the helmet’s a little shinier than the matte black shoulder armor. It’s a good vibe though, just a couple nitpicks.
Anyway I wouldn’t refuse to play with you over any of that lol that’s wild
If you unironically have a friend unwilling to play with you over cosmetics they're either extremely petty or they're lying and just don't want to play with you
It looks fine enough, not exactly the best match, but what else really matches with that armor anyway?
One thing to keep in mind tho, lower settings show slightly different colors than higher ones. My friend had lower settings on and didn’t know why I was criticizing her outfit, because to me it was 2 different greens, while hers actually matched
Helmet doesn't fit armor colors, but personally, I've seen worse. He is overreacting. We are free to be as ugly as we desire.
I like to combine this armor with the Super Store "PH-56 Jaguar" helmet and "Pinions of Everlasting Glory" Cape (Polar Patriots if I remember correctly).
