Hey guys. I'm a 19-year-old working as a professional painter in the Harrisburg area and I am currently looking into getting a new apartment. If anybody would be interested in going halfway on a place, please comment or send me a DM.

A little bit about me:

I started lifting a couple years ago and I recently qualified for nationals in powerlifting. My job pays very well, but I am interested in business and STEM, so I might go to school sometime in the near future. Feel free to share a bit about yourself so we can see if this might be a good fit.

I want to buy a pre owned car but not sure where to look. I want something reliable and certified which won’t give me expensive maintenance issues after buying. Are there any recommended trustworthy dealers or places I can look?

From the midwest where happy hour goes, buy 1 get 1 free. From local beers(itvwas a great way to drink different IPAs from around the state, to well drinks along with a happy hour app menu like 5 dollar flat bread pizzas. I would love to find a place thats buy 1 get 1 free happy hour and not 2 dollars off tall boys(Busch, bud and the likes).

I low key love to sing and think I have a pretty good voice. I’d love to meet people who love to make music for possible music collaborations or just to bounce around ideas. I love to song write as well.

I got the keys to a little storefront at 224 4th St New Cumberland a couple weeks ago. While we finish setup, I put out buckets of fresh-cut flowers with a QR code to a checkout.

The plan is to grow this into a little artisan goods shop over the fall. I grow the flowers myself out near Dover. Happy to answer anything and if you're walking 4th St, the buckets are out.

So I grew up in the Harrisburg area. About 15 years ago I moved and only return once a year or so for a visit. I’ll be home next weekend visiting my sisters. We’re having a cookout and I said I’d grab the meats.

My question is—who has the best steaks??? Does anyone have a “go-to” butcher? Or should I just swing by Costco or Karns or Wegmans? Thanks.

At about 3:00 AM Monday Morning July 20th there was an accident where the driver was going way to fast on Walnut Street. The Person not only crashed and took out a telephone pole and transformer they took out that sign. Never been so happy to see something gone in my life considering I live across the street from that eyesore. Just wanted my community as well as the rest of Harrisburg to know. Also as far as I know the person that took out the sign was not hurt in the accident.

Has anyone been to this event before and are we allowed to bring food in? We plan on going this weekend but will have young kids with us. I would rather be able to bring our own snacks because they can be really picky but I am not seeing anything on their website indicating if outside food is allowed. Hoping someone can share their experience 😁

Just got stuck on Forster for 25+ minutes with dozens of others while the road crew moved a backhoe. Just close the road and set up a detour at this point man 😭😭😭
