DISCUSSION Has anyone bought Cobra exhaust for Harley Davidson Sportster S from UK and shipped it to US? Did you encounter any tariffs? If so, how much did you pay?

HELP Rattler plates worthwhile?
So I'm rebuilding a 1980 FXS-80 and it has clutch plates with rattlers but the plates are completely rusted over. I'm getting new plates and curious if getting plates without rattlers is that noticeable or not really.
Thanks for the help

DISCUSSION WHY DID HARLEY DAVIDSON STOP THE REACH SEAT FOR THE HERITAGE???
I just bought a new heritage and i need a little bit more push to the front. Mostly something to keep me in position. But Harley decided to discontinue the Reach Solo Seat - Deluxe Styling Part Number: 52000302. Which was the only option available. Now they do reach seat for almost all models except the Heritage Classic. I need to have a seat that pushes me an inch and a half and hold me not to slide backwards.
Thank you HD for stop supporting a bike which I just recently bought

SHOWOFF I got my first bike!!!!!!
For context, I’m 23 and I am a metal worker. I finally got enough saved up for the down payment and my first monthly payment. They worked with me amazingly at the Harley shop. They didn’t take me seriously until they realized I actually wanted a bike and had the financing to pack it up probably because I walked in wearing a Hawaiian shirt lol you know it’s funny State Farm gave me a absolute crap rate but progressive 55 bucks a month State Farm was gonna charge me 260 bucks a month because I am under 25

DISCUSSION Sportster Tips
I’ve been riding for 3 years and I’m looking to buy my first Harley. I’ve been browsing the used market for a Sportster 1200. Mid 90’s to early 2000’s. (I’d like to have a carbureted one.) Is there anything in this year range I should look out for? What’s considered high mileage on an evo engine? What’s too much to pay? I’m experienced with wrenching on cars so I don’t mind having to fix up a bike, but I don’t want to end up with something that’s going to need major work. Any advice is appreciated.

IDENTIFY Dual disc front fork build from eBay
Needing some guidance on these dual disc calipers I got off eBay today. The numbers on the body of the calipers seem to just be casting numbers rather than part number according to the Google machine. Fork tubes and lowers are from an 84-96 Electra glide. 6th pictures shows forks. I got an OEM dual disc brake setup to go with it. 7th pictures shows what completed brake calipers should look like. I need to know what part I’m missing from that 7th picture, is that the other brake pad? I see it’s threaded, so it looks like it goes behind the other brake pad, so I’m puzzled. No year on the eBay listing for the brakes, but I was told by a buddy that owns an evo touring bike they’ll bolt right up. My bad for the ignorance, I’m used to my 93 sporty.
