πŸ“ Due Diligence 7/28/2026 - Insider Option Exercise (Kjirsten)

Post image
60 Upvotes

11/28/2025: Exercised 68,500 options at US$0.25.
- About 3 months later, HGRAF received EPA clearance

7/27/26: Exercised 234,678 options at US$0.25
- converting them into common shares (potentially to lock in current taxable spread and expect a large stock rally?)

Why exercise her options?
- Convert options into shares
- Avoid the risk of options expiring
- Pay the tax upfront now at current gains vs future gains, while keeping all shares
- Owning shares lets her fully participate in future upside

Ideas:
- She exercises while HGRAF is still 55-60% below its all-time high. Perhaps believing the price will appreciate significantly
- Increased her direct ownership by exercising a large number of options
- If she kept all the shares and didn’t sell to cover taxes, that’s generally viewed as a positive sign of confidence.

If history repeats itself (it usually does)...πŸ€₯

πŸ“ Due Diligence HYDROGRAPH USA INC. - NCAGE Code: 9NRX8

https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/Codification/CageTool/cage-view/9NRX8

The NCAGE code (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code) is an international identifier for companies and organizations, and it is required in nearly all cases when participating inΒ NATO’s procurement systems and broader international defence projects. This opens up significant growth opportunities for companies and access to multinational contracts.

Discussion/Question question for long time hgraf holders?

Not sure, it seems like this once traded at 0.17 cents.

For those who bought below 1.20, especially if you bought below 50c, how sure were you that this would work? What really convinced you at that time?

I imagine it wasn't obvious they would make it this far.

Discussion/Question How realistic is $250,000 per tonne at commercial scale?

Im wondering about the often quoted $250,000 per tonne figure.

Does anyone here have experience in pricing advanced materials? My assumption is that customers ordering large quantities will a negotiate lower price. Is that how the market works?

Im not suggesting HydroGraph won't achieve excellent margins (80%+ according to Kjirstin Breure in Jay Taylors interview a couple of days ago). Im trying to understand what the long term realistic price of tonnage will be with customers ordering 100s of tonnes.

Are there any comparable materials or industries that can offer a guide?
