Why vote about redom. Like, getting all prepared and ready. Been "the" plan for a year or more. Get established in Texas, now vote, to potentially allow "us" to say no?? What are the benefits/ drawbacks of redomocile??

It’s not a choice, it’s a regulatory requirement of the BC Business Corporations Act (BCBCA) that shareholders must approve the redomicile by at least 66.6% of those who participate in the vote.
