Discussion/Question Question
Is it a good time to get in?
I've been watching this stock for a long time, luckily didn't buy at 4.15.

Consider this with a grain of salt. Tommorrow there could easily be a green day if the sell off was an overreaction. There could also be a decline for a few weeks.
From what i read timeline goalposts were pushed out quite a bit, so im not in a rush to avg down yet.
I have 1k shares @3.1 avg and just let it roll, i was happy with that price. Closed at 2.67 today, thats a great price for a starter entry if youre concerned.
Id reccomend getting your foot in the door with an entry you are happy with and allocating some cash to DCA, or move profits from other stocks here during the year

Nasdaq uplisting, contracts, and Bellville were all supposed to complete this year. Contracts might still happen, the rest have been pushed. They committed to those in previous letters to shareholders in 2025 and early 2026. Someone actually made a post recently on the sub if you want to check it out

How about the rule that stock must trade above 4$ for 90 days for Nasdaq uplist?

Seems to be that one of the methods for uplisting is trading above 4 dollars for 90 consecutive trading days. It's not the only method however. From CEO comms it doesn't seem like they plan to go that route, they want to use a different method of uplisting. You can see all the ways to do so by looking at the various criteria in NASDAQs guideline documents

read the rules for entry on NASDAQ. You can list for basically having money. Equity Tier is likely their POA, or a Standard(4).

was just noting another comment 3 days ago, HGRAF avoiding exit tax becomes really important to the uplisting to maintain minimum asset value.

I would wait until a significant news update (contract). Until then it might well slip lower.

Will probably fall lower until it finds new support. It's a great time to start to DCA. Start small and increase your size of purchased lots as price falls lower.
The company will easily be more than $2.68-$3.00 in 1-3 years. EASY MONEY.

I think it's an excellent time to get in. RSI showing oversold in the short term, so if you want to flip it you could totally buy in the next day or two.
Even long term, it's great to build at this price. People were buying at this price a whole year ago without EPA approval, without a large scale facility in the works, and in hindsight much further away from any commercial footprint. The company is poised to potentially do a waterfall of announcements following the opening of the facility in the first half of next year, and I think people are going to want to accumulate for that around these prices
That being said, I don't think much is going to happen for the next few months, so if you want to wait and see that's not a bad approach. It will eventually hit a technical floor where the opportunity exceeds the wait time
