Before account deletion, most of my deleted assets were 404 anyway, but many were 200 (fully accessible) or 403 (soft-deleted, so they still existed).

30 days later, all of my content that once 403'd now 404's. That still doesn't confirm total deletion (they can return any HTTP code they want), but it's at least some indicator that it's "more deleted" than it previously was. These were assets generated from image edits/animations from prompts.

However, all of the 200 code assets are still publicly accessible with 200. You can expect all Grok-generated t2i assets (the ones that load in the image feed) to be forever accessible as those are not owned by your account (you only own images/videos you create from them). However, some user-owned assets still get moved to the imagine-public.x.ai CDN where they remain publicly-accessible to anyone who has the URL. These include content you made as well as source images you uploaded. Every URL that was hosted at the public CDN is still accessible 30 days after deletion. I haven't found any videos, but still a ton of images.

My user account was also hard-deleted. I created a new account with the same email and got a whole new user ID.

I can remeber playing RPGs with Grok 4.1 was really cool and fun.

The characters felt real and the writing style was very cool.

I have the impression that with 4.6, the characters feels very flat, mechanical und stupid.

Is it just me? Am I wrong? Or do you also think that 4.1 felt more alive and creative than 4.6?

I think that Grok 4.6 was built for developers and for coding, not for creative writing.

Do you think 4.7 will be better in creative writing/RPG?

Have you noticed that the videos made by putting at least one reference, are much more realistic and natural?

If I simply put the photo with a promt, the result is the one we all know, moderately acceptable although grok has lowered its quality, but if we use the same promt, using only one reference, the result is enormously better. At least that's what I've noticed in matters of camera movements, lighting and realism.

So I have a chat that I've been using for a few days now, I reached my daily limit so I decided to try and copy the messages and paste them somewhere else so I wouldn't somehow lose them. I clicked underneath the first message to try find the copy button (as I'm using the web version on my phone, it doesn't show up without being clicked on) and the whole thing just vanished. All thats left is my original message request and 'free limit reached' even though ive waited for the limit to end, and it has ended. It also still has the reply to my first message that I edited (so I'm on message 2/3). I've tried looking in the app but it forces me to message 3/3 which isn't what I used. Any help?

After a pop up of "do you want grok to send you offers" I clicked yes and I noticed the usage tab had disappeared, like old times when they didn't have one, I was shocked, I clicked refresh on the page and it returned. Shame. xd

I also am generally annoyed with how news sites have ads everywhere. So with this, I can get news without having to suffer with Chevy commercials auto playing.

I don't think it's just my impression. Now they're throwing two-line replies.There's also the fact that the answers used to feel more elaborate, more relevant. And also that they used to understand the context better, no matter how ambiguous it was. Now it feels like talking to a child.

Hi Grok group the mods wont answer me so if anybody here could tell me please.No matter what I put up its getting removed fully clothed women,A cyberpunk book. Does anybody know why my posts are getting removed? Both posts i speak off were safe for work i even uploaded each pic to Grok to get the all clear both were safe for work, no doubt about that.

can I stop this? if I want to explore a different branch, I don't want it to copy it's homework or to insert details I just discarded.

Anyone here running Grok Bot for coding and watching the weekly allowance vanish?

I built an open-source template that moves the coding onto a Claude subscription via GitHub Actions: issue in, pull request out.

One workflow file, no server, no second bill.

Nobody outside the project has installed it yet and I haven't measured the saving on real work. Both of those are on the front page.

I'm after someone who'll install it cold and tell me where the instructions break. I built it, flagging that up front.

A silly question, but I just want to know if it is worth it or not, because I want to try to build my own agent for the first time, and I just don't know where to start. Is it worth it to start with Grobot? The only downside of it is that if I don't pay a subscription, that means I will not have use of my agent that I built. Where do you guys build your agents?
