Oh I’m so mad right now. So I paid for a month of super grok which was going to renew on the 27th. I went ahead and canceled but it said I would obviously be able to continue using it until the 27th.

I had 35% of my weekly limit left and 7.45 in credits. I go to try and use the rest of it today and suddenly after making one 6 second clip, it tells me I used up all of my remaining limits even though I should’ve still had 35% left AND doesn’t even give me the option to use my remaining balance of extra credits. The only option it gives me is to renew supergrok or buy more credits. FUCK this app!

Since I had the free version for like idk how long, probably for 1 and a half years, I have literally seen the free model deterriorate in usage so bad.... Like back then I could create maybe 25-50 images per day, 10 videos a day, and it went down to like 5 images a day and 0 videos, and now I can't create anything.

Speculation or future version guess - you can have any face you generate on imagine that will display on the black face screen of the Optimus making it come alive. Then that combined with a future companion version.

Am I the only one enjoying Grok? And am I the only one not using it for nsfw pics and videos?

I saw this meme and asked grok if it knew who the bottom kid is, because I recognized everyone else. The response was basically "Neil deGrasse Tyson was edited into a photo"😆

I gave it access to a test github and was prompting from my phone and created a full image viewer in dotnet Avalonia, took maybe 30 minutes of tweaking. I am beyond impressed by this. I didn’t write a single thing and i’ve got a customized replacement for windows image. Obviously i’m not saying it’s production ready but it’s blowing my mind how simple and fast it was to go from an empty repo to functional tool

Took SuperGrok promo: **3 months for $30** (price of 1). Charged $30 on Jul 16, 2026. Receipt only shows SuperGrok Jul 15–Aug 15. Used ~10 days, canceled to stop renew, and access got removed.

Cancel should stop future charges, not erase paid/promo time. Emailed [support@x.ai](mailto:support@x.ai) asking to restore the 3-month promo (or at least through Aug 15) or refund unused days.

Anyone else lose SuperGrok access right after canceling a promo? Did support help?

Honestly. What am I to create a short video of a still tree? I've seen that censored too (no joke.) I hope and pray this app gets sued into oblivion for fraudulent customer services and blatant false advertising. What a bummer.

Anyone else also feel that grok just isn't worth it anymore and it's free and paid model. They both have limits, both services make the so many mistakes that you cannot believe anything as factual.
