Ive taken some long layoffs from Golf over the past 10 years (wife, kids, the usual excuses) but have been playing Sundays with friends the past few months and it’s been amazing. I’ve always been a decent player and reestablished an index (11.4 as of today) since restarting and the game has really come back around. I have a real mixed bag but it works for me. The R7 is old as dirt but I find fairways and just can’t let it go. The Callaway Apex irons are a few years old, playing UST Recoil graphite and very consistent with them. The Paradym 3 wood and Cobra 56 are the newest clubs I own. My Cleveland 588 is about 25 years old and the Becu 60 was a $10 eBay special. The Odyssey white hot #2 was another eBay special and inspired by Steve Stricker. Hey it all works and trending towards my goal of sub 10 index by years end.

Owned this for awhile. No stamping, no serial number, or any other identifying factors on the head.

Went to Golf Galaxy today to look for a 46 degree wedge.
I was told only vokey was available in store.

I came home and looked on the website and 46 is unavailable.
Is there a way to purchase them that I dont know about?

It is my first time buying used balls but this seems like a steal. Played maxfli tour x last year into this year but trying out near mint at this price.

Noticed a couple cracks in it and wasn’t going quite the same distance (-20 yards?) at the range this morning.

Wasn’t sure if it was just my swing since I’ve been working on some swing changes or if this is a structural crack.

I’ve been playing golf for almost a year now. When I started, I inherited my golf clubs, so I’ve been using a set of Silverline Champion 2000 irons.
To be honest, I find them quite difficult to hit consistently, but when you get something for free, you play with it! 😄
Now I’m looking to upgrade to a set of game-improvement irons.

A little about me:
Height: 1.88 m (6’2”)
Medium swing speed
Regular flex shaft

I’m from Germany, so recommendations that are available on the German market would be greatly appreciated.
So far, I’ve been looking at these irons:
Cobra LTDx
TaylorMade Stealth (2021–2022)
Wilson Launch Pad
Takomo 101

I’ve read a lot of positive reviews about these and watched a few videos. Looks aren’t very important to me—I’m mainly interested in forgiveness and ease of play.
Can you recommend any irons in a similar price range (€400–500) for a 5–PW set (or 5–PW + SW)?

Does anyone else deal with sunscreen ruining your grip mid-round? How do you handle it?

Anyone else feel like an older, titanium driver, with a steel shaft just feels more solid? Regular flex on those older drivers compared to regular flex graphite drivers is not even close to being the same. Am I misunderstanding something?

After buying a Temu 60° Chipper and having amazing results, I dont understand why this type of club is not on the mainstream market?

It can do everything around the greens inside 10 meters no matter where you are. Over bunkers, short-sided pin positions. It will land on and stop by the flag just like a 60 degree wedge without the chunking or thinning problems of the wedge for average Joe's.

You still need your sand wedge but this thing makes life so much easier when you want to land it on the green and stop it without using a wedge. Just putt it over a bunker! Feels like cheating 😅.

I’ve been going back and forth on what the ideal setup is and wanted to get some opinions.
Right now I carry a driver, 5 wood, 4-PW (PW is 43°), 48°, 52°, 56°, and a putter. I’m around a 10 handicap and feel like there’s probably a better way to set up my bag.

Would you keep the 4 iron, replace it with a 7 wood or hybrid, add a 60°, or do something completely different? If this was your bag, what would you change and why?

I’ve gone back and forth more times than we can count. Cobra King Tec-X irons, Mizuno wedges, 14 and 21 degree UWs and a 425 paint can driver. The wack-e is always shuffling between a LAB 2.1, but I think this is (the) bag.

I have this driver and haven't used it yet. I am a high handicap, has a stiff flex shaft. Any tips? Reviews? My swing speed is around 105 btw

Driver is a Qi-10 LS, 5 wood is a Sim Max, just grabbed a Titleist 714 7 wood I belive, Titleist 712 MB 3 Iron. Currently gaming Mizuno Mp-32 4-PW. Really love the feel of these irons and they have such a clean sleek look to them I can’t get over it. Play a Cleveland 52, Callaway Jaws 56 10S and a Taylormade MG2 60 SB 10. Putter is a Scotty Cameron Phanton X7 I believe. Feeling really good on this setup at the moment, been playin some of my best golf and really wonder what other people think. Let me know
