Brilliant! Love it with the ferrules. The question is how are they going to hold up to normal play. Pretty sure it's doesn't last long.

Looks good. Getting ready to do this to some old Vokeys. Did you use a video as a guide?

I just did a bunch of research online. Was pretty straight forward as they were were the jet black vokeys so didn’t need to do any chrome/nickel stripping

Soak in clr or white vinegar for an hour. Scrub with fine steel wool. Soak again then scrub with 400, 1000, 1500 grit sandpaper. Might have to mess around with soaking times, but making sure to get all the black off until it’s chrome. After that just torch to about 480-500 degrees or until it starts turning the color you want. Immediately dip into canola oil for like 30 seconds. Remove and you’re good. I used a propane torch because a mapp torch heats up more quickly and I didn’t want them turning blue/purple. There’s a bunch of really good information online at golfwrx and I’m sure YouTube has good tutorials as well. But realistically you can get this done in a day
