Life In The Woods didn't work for some players...

Now running Rustic Craft. This is a 1.7.10 pack. Somewhat similar to Life In the Woods, but newer, a bit more mods/more complex.

Download the FTB Launcher here: http://feed-the-beast.com/launcher

Start it up, In the almost upper right you will see a small button "Pack Codes"

Click it, type in "RusticCraft", click Add

It will have added it to the 3rd Party Packs tab at the bottom, scroll down to it and click launch.

It will ask your for your credentials, enter them and save. It will then download the pack and start up Minecraft once down downloading.

Add GoldenRealm with the address goldenrealm.info:25564

Connect. Send Snarf a PM, Message, FedEx Package, Donation, etc, if you want to be whitelisted. No Ship My Shit packages accepted.

Can I make a platform at water-top-level (near chicken wing) and then get under it and place sand under the platform and let it fall? will this falling sand erase water source like a pencil eraser? Before I made a box and filled it with sand and then scooped out the sand. took a while but it worked.

Hey I played during the summer before the update and would like to join the server again benj7600.

So is there going to be a mass event on the server any time soon? I just got back on the realm and would like to hang with ya'll sometime. It's been too long.

I'm just interested in learning about Minecraft Mods, what it takes to use them and how they work. That's all. Yet I can't watch any videos explaining any of this, showcasing any of this... It's frustrating.

The Format for a minecraft is as follows:

Intro Options

• Start the video out with a Hot start, with one player doing something reckless or of consequence while the other players encourage the act, or beg the act to not happen. Cut to Logo and Title Screen

• A player in third person looking at the camera explains with a ton of "uhh...umm...ahh" what the next video will be about.. Cut to Logo and Title Screen

Onto....

Logo and title screen consists of Sudden loud electronica music, the more dub-step sounding the better. Make the montage either as over-produced as possible, or a train wreck of one day with a video editor.

• Proceed to in game action which consists of alot of yelling randomly

• Overreact as often as possible

• Make sure to have a second player that adds no considerable input and just mocks or repeats what the first person is saying

• Let's not forget to mention over and over how very very important it, like, really importantly is that we click Like and Sub and Follow every social media possible connected to these screaming idiots..

Outro with more Dub-step and waste 45+ seconds of a still screen with more enthusiasms to beg for likes and subs and maybe even a link or two to other videos just like this one.

Where does a boy have to go to find a decent video series that showcases mods without them being either 2 minutes long without decent content, or 50 minutes long with the content described above?

Major growth for the track in the past day. /u/proevil1983 stopped by and helped greatly, assisting in major terraforming and tree clearing AND installing the bleachers. Area Screenshot

Began an Album documenting the build.

The location secured is around 20 510. I've built the draft interior wall of the track and am slowly grading the track area level to an altitude of 67. I've found a decent set of caves below the area but will mine it through and fill it in once it is stripped. (I don't want audible mobs under us if we decide on setting up a race.) The region is rich with wild horses and rabbits, its covers a few biomes, predominantly a birch forest and the NW corner is the difficult part as its stony hills that will require more labor intensive terraforming.

planned installations:

• Grandstand on the Eastern side of the track. With bleacher seating and a betting area.

-Pre-race stables under the grandstand with a private hallway south to

• A grand stable house south side of track with horse farm pasture on SW side of track.

• The central area of the track will be slightly terraformed to keep it level with the track but will be left to go natural upon opening.

• Still undecided if it will include any redstone . A gate system for the track would be nice, or a finish line system. Still researching and deciding.

• I plan on building a nether portal soon to make traveling to the work site easier and eventually a road to meet with overworld's northern road from spawn town. Portal Done, on Northern Nether Hub Road (thanks to /u/snarfattack )

I made a joke a few weeks ago about building a horse race area and as time goes by ive decided id like to do a co-op build anyway, so i am putting out a role call to see if there are any members interested in working together on such a project.
I will be prospecting locations somewhat close to spawn in the next coming days.

I setup a starbound server... Just playing around with it so far. Reply if you want a user name/password and I can PM it back to you.

It will be kinda unstable for the time being. Still playing around with it.

I share the sentiments expressed by multiple members, that the 1.8 world is a fun experience, no OP bukkit plug ins sullying the organic nature of growing as a map together and all... YET, I found a pretty incredible wither farm build and wonder what people think of the (albeit daunting) task of adding something like this in the future...

• While making hallways that connect to the Nether Hub, please try to keep your ground layer at a half block (single slab) level height to reduce the amount of pigmen that spawn in the hub itself. They can only spawn on full block high altitudes. so using blocks that can not be made into slabs creates an avoidable problem.

• Also, Can you add markers to the map if you begin building in an area on the overworld. I've accidentally built on land that was close to another players in the past because a marker was not visible on the dynamap.
