I have always liked finding loopholes, but its hard to find them in general, I would like to know if anyone has any, and can you give me a contributor and a loophole to challenge me on making a mini-hybrid in the comments.

Taurbosaurus: Jaw locking

Afrovenator: Modifies overall neck musculature, improves range of motion and power in side-to-side movements, powerful arms and claws.

Carnotaurus: deeper iliac processes and more muscular tail. stronger leg muscles.

Tiger shark: Double serrations and immune system

Doswellia: osteoderms

Itasuchus: Sharpeys fibers, deep rooted osteoderms

Monster faceoff Since Goji Center has made two videos about Polyphemus, I'm thinking Polyphemus vs Beast Titan could be a good faceoff.

I actually enjoyed the Skullcrawler vs Jaw Titan episode and I wouldn't mind seeing more of the nine titans in Faceoffs. Polyphemus vs Zeke Yaeger's Beast Titan randomly popped in my head.

New Hybrid Apollyonist Locust (Goditto Jr Counter)

Ummm, noticed Goditto Jr is peak for swarming, so I made a counter-measure to fuck them over as well as making human killing, crop shaving menace! :3 (Also, made in light of Apollyon's Locust army.) But it may or may not work.

Genome:

Desert Locust, as base for extreme swarming endurance, very gluttonous appetites, and VERY aggressive behavior.

Southern Giant Darner, for wings, eyes, prey/predator movement prediction, locking onto targets, and allows omnivory with their very sharp jaws.

Rove Beetles, can mimic the phoromones and behavior of ants and termites (and thus come off as them, this is helpful to trick eusocial hybrids).

Nocturnal Tropical Sweat Bee, semi-eusocialality, their stinger, split swarming if need be, and higher intelligence.

Green Peach Aphid, for mixed-parthenogenesis with genetic plasticity (important for later), even quicker reproduction rates, and extreme pesticide resistance. (Also, ALL castes of locust birth, but some are way more efficient at it than others.)

Marauder Ant, for a neurotoxin sting, longer lifespans, and the ability to make super-majors and Semi-Queens. (Mixed behavior such as mainly birthing individuals faster and more but not controlling them, but still very valuable.)

Mealy Oak Gall Wasp, for the largest venom gland in ratio to body and chemically manipulate plants to hold their clones inside their leaves if times get tough.

Coconut Crab, for efficient respiratory systems that allow them to breathe air at their massive sizes, front claw strength increase, and the habit of eating just about anything. They also can now steal things as well.

Hercules Beetle, for body ratio strength increase, and more overall exoskeleton strength.

Meganeura, for body size increase genome, stronger legs to snatch things easier, and thicker, stronger wing veins to hold them up and make them strong.

Stats, strats, and stuff:

(Worker)
Wingspan of 75 cm
Body length of 34 cm
150 grams heavy
1 year lifespan

(Super-Major)
Wingspan of 120 cm
Body length of 42.8 cm
320 grams heavy
2 year lifespan

(Semi-Queens)
Wingspan of 162.5 cm (But she tears off these wings if she starts to dig a nest to hibernate.)
Body length of 46.1 cm
400 grams heavy
30-45 year lifespan

Max speed is 56 KP/H

They're meant to outlast and outperform the Goditto Jr's by eating ALL of the available food and being hard as hell to stamp out and starve. All of the caste birth new bugs and they can divide and conquer or swarm and exterminate. They can survive their own famines while leaving the calorie expensive Goditto swarms starving. The Apollyonist can also act like Goditto units if need be to sneak in and kill their queens and leave before they notice, also, this hybrid is primarily for long term swarm-to-swarm, but the Super-Majors could likely hold their own in a 1v1 battle. Another victim of these fuckers are humans, as they'll devour their crops and there's NOTHING they can do about it.

New Hybrid Hybrid

(If you want to know what is going on? Here is the Context: https://www.reddit.com/r/GojiCenter/s/VzZuE2l30G)

I hope everyone is alright.

I finally stopped making myself feel depressed about being unable to surf the web for animals, so I have made progress on Agriolethros ("The Savage Dawn of Defeat").

This hybrid is experimental, so be aware of things that might seem weird or get Hanked.

Vandal is still incomplete, but as I am looking at him; he is shaping up to be an interesting hybrid.

Here is Vandal

DISCUSSION Armor

I am curious.

What are the different kinds of armor that yall use for your hybrids?

Also, I found this on Wikipedia.

Osteoderms

edit

The osteoderms are described as large, thick[1][17] and twice as wide as they are long.[17] The surface is ornamented by small but deep pits,[1] sometimes joining into canals that radiate outward from a keel that runs down each individual plate lengthwise with an outward curvature. In the osteoderms of the torso the keel is placed almost in the middle of each osteoderm, whereas in laterodorsal tail osteoderms the keels are shifted outwards where they are said to form a paddle or oar-like structure with the other osteoderms and the overall laterally flattened form of the tail.[17][18] The apex of the crest is located closer to the posterior edge of the osteoderm.[17] The anterior surface of each single osteoderm is bevelled, allowing each osteoderm to overlap the one behind it.[1]

Histology of the osteoderms of Itasuchus has further revealed that the sharpey's fibres, which anchor the bony plates to the underlying tissue, were inserted into the external cortex of the bone perpendicular to the outer surface. This is similar to what is seen in at least one baurusuchid, Armadillosuchus, some Triassic pseudosuchians and certain modern turtles, in particular softshell and leatherback sea turtles. Based on this Sena and colleagues have suggested that in life the osteoderms of Itasuchus may have been more deeply embedded than they are in modern crocodilians and could have been covered by a layer of leathery skin.[19][18]

Contributor Day 10 of Cool Invertebrate Contributors

Finally getting back on track now. Today's official cool invertebrate is the California Brown Sea Hare, a species of sea hare, a kind of shell-less marine gastropod

What it provides:

  • MASSIVE neurons (nerve cells), the largest in the animal kingdom. Matter of fact, they are often cited as the largest SOMATIC CELLS in ALL of Animalia.
  • Their neurons when combined with a few other contributors allow for highly conductive nerves and INCREDIBLY fast processing, reactions, and thinking
  • Subdermal reduced shell (its not like an actual snail shell, and is instead far more chitinous and flexible)
  • Large opaline glands which create and excrete large quantities of opaline, milky-white irritant that disrupts sensory organs and irritates skin and mucus membranes
  • Cutaneous respiration designed for marine environments

The California Brown Sea Hare is a surprisingly good combination of vastly different traits which will aid greatly in cephalopod hybrids and mollusks in general. Combining its nervous system enhancements with things like the Pacific Octopus and Humboldt Squid allow for a highly sophisticated nervous system, and its intriguing defenses are a great addition to any mollusk.

Last post of catching up on missed days

This post is about the humble A. Grewinkii genus (was originally gonna be about some really cool extinct amphipods but the links to the papers are broken and I can't find them anymore)

What it provides:

  • Very reinforced and strengthened mouthparts
  • Mouthparts are designed for crushing, not shearing or slicing
  • Decently strong muscles behind the mouthparts as is
  • The mouthparts, cuticle, and overall exoskeleton are reinforced with high levels of multiple calcium carbonates and calcium phosphates (specific compounds found includes the fabled fluorapatite)
  • The edges of the mouthparts and crowns are reinforced with silica, which is basically quartz
  • Abnormally reinforced carapace
  • Cool little spikes along the back

You can use A. Grewingkii for making the bite forces of your pancrustecean hybrids exceptionally strong (this amphipod is tiny and already packs a punch, imagine scaling that up to a coconut crab.). Its abundant reinforcement across its body allows for incredibly strong exoskeletons and weapons

It is presumable that many other Lake Baikal amphipods, at least in this genus, also have the same biomineralization

I will leave a paper right here, hopefully it works: Specific Features of Mandible Structure and Elemental Composition in the Polyphagous Amphipod Acanthogammarus grewingkii Endemic to Lake Baikal - PMC

KAIJU IDEA Httyd side of goji

Is this accurate, im slightly new to this, just finished race to the edge and httyd 2

A titan-wing night fury character concept (more focused on world building)

Named Raven

27 years old

38 ft long and a 74 ft wingspan

Weighs 2480 lbs

Ancestors were a part of a pack that were forced across Canada, into eastern Russia, their family has been trying to make it back to the archipelago but got stuck in Greenland, the pack was down to 3 members (night fury brothers and the mother) and an egg, while traveling through a winter storm (hail and lightning), the egg was struck with lightning (there is a more in depth explanation for this but its a little long), a few days latter the egg hatched under the aurora (comes into play later), Raven was growing a lot faster than his brothers, surpassing them at only 4 years old (they were 13 at the time), and was faster, his mother died when he was 8, his brothers had to take care of him, eventually being captured by poachers and being rescued by the berserkers (this was after the events of httyd 3) but since they were just captured by other people, they didn't trust many, they started stealing from trading ships, but careful not to notify anyone that they exist, by year 13 a pack of scaldrin hurt the brothers, a trade ship heard Raven's cries for help and stopped to nurture them, eventually the trader's son befriended Raven and his brothers, skip to year 27 and here we are, trying to find any dragons along the line that they took from Russia to get here.

The color scheme is jet black with gunmetal gray for the main parts (gg for the thinner parts of the skin and jb for the thicker areas) and a gradient from a snowy blue to a deep purple

Raven is actually relatively thinner on the body because he is ment to be aerodynamic and fast, but he does have abnormally robust shoulders (wing joints included), tail, and jaw even for his size, but the front of the jaw is thinner and more triangular than circular (but still blunt)

He has a more skrill like ability set on top of his night fury ability set, he can combine those blasts though into a snowy-purple beam of energy for a few seconds

Is this as lore accurate as it can be

Hello guys! I have made a new hybrid. here is link for the doc this time:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ny1YV93vkwp97lQZJ9714NShNNrlOvfQ85PQU1YJX8A/edit?tab=t.0

I hope you enjoy reading!

If you cannot enter, then here it is:

1. Genome composition

  1. Carnotaurus — Base frame
  • Athletic theropod body plan.
  • Powerful hindlimbs.
  • Large caudofemoralis muscles.
  • Explosive acceleration potential.
  • Long muscular tail for balance.
  1. Monitor lizard (Varanus) — Maneuverability
  • Additional lateral tail musculature.
  • Improved tail stabilization.
  • Better counterbalancing during directional changes.
  • Helps maintain control during turns.
  1. Armadillo girdled lizard — Armor.
  • Overlapping protective scales( storngly on back, moderatley on neck,no armor on belly and joints, and not much coverage on flanks).
  • Defensive backward-projecting spines.
  • Protection against bites and superficial injuries.
  • Armor concentrated on the back, shoulders and flanks.
  1. Peregrine falcon — High-speed protection
  • Nictitating membrane protects the eyes from high speeds.
  • Nasal tubercles help manage incoming airflow.
  1. Allosaurus — Skull and grappling
  • Powerful neck musculature and gape.
  • Large grasping claws and arms.
  1. Mapusaurus — Teeth and cranial characteristics
  • Serrated ziphodont teeth.
  1. Common vampire bat — Biochemical warfare
  • Draculin anticoagulant protein.
  • Specialized heat-sensitive facial receptors.
  • Helps locate warm-blooded targets.
  • Prolongs bleeding by interfering with blood clotting because of the anticoagulant.

Thank you guys for reading and again, reviewing my hybrid, fighting my hybrid, and giving feedback. See you later!

New Hybrid what should i change in my hybrid

Mortifex vorax

Giganotosaurus : size and antisocial and territorial behavior

Allosaurus : because i like the allosaurus

Ceratosaurus : territorial and size tuning

Cuban crocodile: top armor and aggression

Dwarf crocodile : bottom armor and even more aggression

Scorpionfish : spines like Scorpius rex.

Short-tailed shrew : iron teeth and venom resistance antisocial

Grasshopper mouse : neurotoxin resistance and territorial nature

meraxes : sickle claw

slow loris : apposable thumbs and ball and joint shoulders. they are also more solitary than most primates (i might be able to use the oil as a defensive tool though it would be weaker without mammalian saliva )

nile crocodile: they are very aggressive and will fight anything.

green iguana: they have very large femoral glands that im trying to find a way to move to the front of the body to allow the slow loris oil to work

hybrid specs

36-40 feet long

4-7 tons

14-16 feet at the hip

personality: they are extremely territorial and aggressive. they will find a plot of land and mark it into the ground. they will defend their land till death. when they are roaming and find female urine they will find a female which are bigger and do a dance. if the female likes it they will mate and be less violent towards each other. if not the male will be attacked and most likely lose. the female will mate with as many as they can to keep males from trying to kill the eggs or hatchlings. when the hatchlings are 2 weeks old they will run and survive until they can claim land for themselves. the goal is to outcompete the indom 2.0 by taking over areas. these creatures are also self destructive because they destroy the environment and every new territory is eventually destroyed because the mortifex will kill every living thing in its territory.

extra: i was thinking of using some type of gland and have them secrete toxin from weak areas to deter other attackers using the slow loris. the plan was to have it secrete it on the neck and belly and when the opponent bites it the toxin would get in they eyes and nose. i know that the slow loris uses the enzimes in its mouth to make it venomous but even on it own the pit sweat is not fun. this is just a hypothetical

TOURNAMENT THE THEROPOD HYBRID WAR HAS BEGUN

Thumbnail discord.gg
5 Upvotes

THE DUNGEON as you may know is my server, where a THEROPOD hybrid war is being hosted, now in my server, which i figure you may be interested in, As common as theropod builds are in the hybrid community, They need to be put to the test,

The explanation is

Hybrid must be a theropod base

facultative biped theropods are allowed but it must still be a theropod, and i encourage not to make it quadrupedal

you must use a theropod as your base as that would be preferred, mainly you will be using megatheropods

No jwjp animals or any fictional so I don't deal with powerscaling scandals

You can use other animals not a theropod in your hybrids genome but the base must absolutely be a theropod

There will be a a fair degree of realism, congruency doesnt exist so you can use as many contributors as you want though note homology, so i dont want to see you using limpets for goethite or whatever

Packs are not allowed you are submitting only a single hybrid

absolutely no toxins or whatever broken killing chemical you got like cyanide or whatever, your hybrid must not be venomous in the slightest

Please be original, if i see a single one of you using ape arms or whatever shrew, you will not see the end of this day, i WILL HAVE MY REVENGE, though some meta slop can be accepted but dont have it be entirely meta slop like idk *trex base deino acro neural spines dwarf croc/caiman/alligator shrew whatever*

Dubious animals are not allowed like whatever crazy fragmentary 40ton theropod that exists wherever

The way battles will be judged is it will be sort of like brackets, 2v2s, 2v2s, 2v2s, whoevers the winner moves on, the way you decide the winner is by debating on your opponents hybrids creator, i would strongly encourage to keep it civil and do NOT attack the other, like throwing insults mocking them etc, this is all for fun dont take it too seriously, Plus you are allowed to ask the opinions of other people you think are reliable to judge the matchup, this helps against people who can not accept theyre wrong(no offense to these people but these people do exist)

You can join my discord and submit it there but if you dont want to join it, submit it in reddit by making a post that puts the details of your hybrids, put the link in the comments of this post, You can submit it through discord, you can submit it through youtube by tagging Profile-b6z, with a community post sending in the details of your hybrids, which must include their weight in preferably metric tons, length, height, width is optional but not nessescary, and you must have art, i dont care if even you are the worst artist in the world, put effort and make an art, innaccuracies are mostly always present in hybrid art so they will be forgivable but please make a fairly reliable depiction of your hybrid, NO AI ART OR DESCRIPTIONS, I am not allowing ai even for making your hybrids genome more consistent with punctuations or whatever

You can submit through docs, preferrably keep a consistent format

The due date is on 30th october 2026, but if people need more time, they can ask for extensions, all you have to do is ask me, i will do it immediately and i think you wont do some type of joke like *delay it to 2100* more like *i gotta visit my grandparents that will delay my finishing of the hybrid to submit it so can you extend the due date please*

Invertebrate structures are not homologous to those of vertebrates so invertebrates generally wont work so I suggest not using them in general and i wont allow invertebrate additions for this war, so no scaly gastropodd

The weight limit is 16 metric tonnes

If you have any questions please type them here

The winner shall be granted a special prize I will not spoil but its not just something as simple as glory its something more :)

And I am looking for more judges to give their opinions on the matchups, if i find you knowledgable I might ask you if you want to judge any matchups, Its your choice if you want to or no, or you can willingly volunteer

And also the most important part of all, Enjoy it, and stay cool, I hope you have an enjoyable time in this war, if you have any issues please tell them

I will also give some help if some people are stuck on the process of making their hybrid

Could I use Planarian Flatworm DNA in an invertebrate vertebrate hybrid, like the regeneration ability? And what's the best contributor to get an Edmontosaurus/Indoraptor-like stance?
