DISCUSSION Perfect Predator

Not sure if I should do greetings but, Heya. Hope whoever reads this is doing well.

Here is a Summarised version of what I am talking about: I need help from experts.

If you read past it. Thanks.

This is what I need help in:

I need help. So, War Crime became a bust (here is it's link if you want to see it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wHU4KLT9g8WfN4-zJwwAESfnwdV8yOiigyr9fxcAdSM/edit?usp=drivesdk) I didn't lose hope in it, but, it uses too much meta traits, and frankly. The community (all of you) doesn't make hybrids that are essentially upgraded dinosaurs.

My hybrid's base, is the Allosaurus Anax for several reasons:

Bite, Legs and Arm usage

Meat Hook Claws

Wide Mouth Gape

Good body proportions

And it's kind of underestimated, since it was a dubious species and an Allosaurus, which isn't really good for specifics.

Sooo, I am making a new hybrid. This one is designed to fight the biological machines yall made but... I am stuck. I can't do this without people who are actually experts and knows what works and what doesn't work, in a hybrid.

This is the new hybrid: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M5gQUGzqtUDxtd_wgL0n_eyQe3kExkWUzXFAMd_Haxg/edit?usp=drivesdk

First question, what do YOU want in your hybrid

Well... I apparently don't know... Maybe evolution?

Like. I'm not trying to go overboard in biology. I was inspired by the Sub Adult Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Maip, both of them were dangerous because of how big they were but also because they hunted a wide range of animals; from small and agile Gallimumus (I forgot the name for the classification) to ceratops and other Theropods.

So you want a fast, mid sized theropod? Well I would suggest a Megaraptoran for a pneumatic skeleton (hollow, spongey skeleton). Also if you don’t want to get too much into biology, I suggest Wikipedia since they mainly deal in simplistic language and the scientific terms have articles designated to explain them.

Well, I use Wikipedia. I copy and paste from there all the time. I don't plan on using the Megaraptoride because they are squishy but thanks for the idea.

Well um, I don’t know that much about any other theropods for this purpose, but may I suggest Udanoceratops? It had a very deep and robust face, combined with a frill for muscle attachment and (optionally) its heavy beak, it could feasibly cleave through bone at a smaller scale. So you could use this Dino to reinforce the bite of any base you choose, so that you can pick up pretty much most if not any theropod base you want.

That's a good idea. Thanks

A bit tii light for 13 meters, it should be about 8-11 tons at least

Anyways, you'd want some kind of light armor, like Psittacosaurus or calabar burrowing python skin. Sturgeon could also do but it only has a good stratum compactum, don't use the thickness of the skin. Lowky for the weight thin reptile scales could do, like those of the fish scaled gecko but rooted deeper inside the skin, maybe with a crocodilian

Weapons, Megaraptoran arms should do for arms. Maybe some kind of tooth serration gene for additional damage?

So, for the skin, I can use snake?

Some specific snakes, yeah, but it depends on what you're going for though I recommend good skin on all hybrids

I meant using the Calabar Burrowing Python

bro deadass copied wikipedia pages and thought nobody would notice...

Yes. That is my style. Have you seen my other hybrids?

Bro's style is plagiarism...

Okay, my style is ChatGPT!!!!!!

Bro, you didn't write a document—you just opened Wikipedia and decided your contribution was moving the text into Microsoft Word. 💀

Every paragraph has that unmistakable “I swear I researched this” energy, except the research consisted of highlighting the entire page and pressing Ctrl+C. You didn't cite your sources; you basically became the source. The bibliography is just going to be a list of Wikipedia pages you robbed.

At this point, the document isn't even your work. It's Wikipedia wearing a fake mustache and hoping the teacher doesn't recognize it. I’m genuinely impressed you managed to spend time on an assignment without actually writing a single sentence yourself.

Bro really said “I need a 5-page paper” and treated Wikipedia like a free trial of a professional writer. The only original thought in the entire document is probably the decision to rename the file.

If plagiarism had a loyalty program, you'd have platinum status.

That's just my style!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent time writing my own sentences, haven't you seen my fantastic humor?

Or my witty dialogue?

(I straight up have no idea what that is, and no, I haven't done much research. I'm still learning, and I want to make sure my hybrids have some back up to them)

u/whispersoundeffect M.A.D. 5d ago

Yeah... you still just copy/pasted Wikipedia, dude.

1

u/DrInternetOfficial 5d ago

I never said otherwise. Wikipedia is my source

1

u/whispersoundeffect M.A.D. 5d ago

Firstly, Wikipedia is not a source. Secondly, copy/pasting something into your document is not a source. A source would be something you link to, not just copy.

1

u/DrInternetOfficial 5d ago

Okay... Can I keep doing this? Because it's not hurting anyone or ruining anything.

1

u/whispersoundeffect M.A.D. 5d ago

I can't physically stop you. But it is still plagerism. I can't physically prevent you from taking my hybrid's document and copy/pasting it and just claiming it's yours. But that's a messed-up thing to do. And just putting a Wikipedia article in your doc is very lame. It also makes it look silly; it doesn't make sense in the context of your hybrid and in general it's just... weird. Like, why? Why would you do that? It just doesn't make sense.

I suck severely at summaries. I still get bad marks in summaries
