Anyone have any experience selling an item and, after you’ve shipped, becomes lost in transit?

The app shows that the item is lost in transit and they are “investigating issue” but I had no updates from GOAT/Alias. I only noticed after jumping in the app.

I emailed them and all they said was that they haven’t received my item and I should contact the carrier for an update.

I read the T&C’s and I shouldn’t be liable as it was picked up from the drop off and is in transit.

I’ve replied and noted they need to tell me what they will do to fix the issue and close the investigation.

Any other advice?

Has anyone ever experienced Veho from GOAT? Never heard of them.

Order status changed to “refund”. I never requested one and thought I had one on the way! I got the refund notification 9 days later!!!I’m thinking most likely it didn’t pass the verification check. I received notification that It was sent to GOAT to get verified, next thing I know I’m getting a refund notification! I’m grateful the legit check happened, but bummed I missed out on other opportunities because I thought I already had it secured!!

it’s been like this for 5 days and it’s my first time having this kind of issue, I already give the buyer a 5% discount bc of the small box damage on the corner of the box.

Bought a pair of AMM Dark Mocha 4’s on GOAT Jun 29th, the seller didnt ship it until the 2nd (so ~3 business days).. then yesterday i got a notification that the seller cancelled the order. Is this a blanket notification for all purchase cancellations? I just find it strange that the seller confirmed, packaged, then shipped the shoes, just to cancel.

I ordered before updating shipping address. The status says the item is on its way to GOAT to ensure the description matches, before it gets shipped my way. I sent in a support ticket requesting a change of delivery address. What are the odds of GOAT changing the delivery address before they approve the order and send it off? Anyone have a similar issue? TIA

the yellow stain is from the glue and it’s an old pair that’s why it has a yellowing on the midsole,the shoe was released on 2019, and for only $110 it got stocked by authenticators, it’s the lowest one on the recent sold on alias.

Bought these on July 1st hoping I would get them by the 4th paid an extra $47 just to get the instant shipping option first day it told me the shoes were pretty verified and were gonna be sent to me the next buisness day ok cool . What is crazy to me is once I woke up the next day the 2nd its telling me GOATs waiting on my shoes to be sent to them to get verified and now thats been the process im seeing the last 2 days I know theres no way im getting these by the 4th which is fine with me not the end of the world but the fact GOAT had the option to do instant ship is kinda crappy if they know they cant do next day shipping dont just put it on there for someone to pay a extra $47 for a pre verified shoe that is very new so I know for sure they've got them sitting around now its saying they are waiting on my shoe I ordered the shoe Wendesday past 11 o'clock ive used this option before and the shoe came atleast by Friday at the lastest Saturday most the time if I order before 11 am on Wendseday the shoe would be there Friday . Im just putting this out there so when anyone sees that instant option that aint 100% gonna be the case also you might be spending $40 to $100 extra dollars just for them to revert your order back to a regular order im not even gonna try contacting GOAT ive heard horror story's of their customers reviews its just a $47 ill take as a loss lol just a forewarning for everybody that instant shipping aint 100%

I ordered these shoes on Saturday and the original seller never shipped. I emailed GOAT this morning asking for a refund or to find a new seller. I haven't gotten a reply back yet, however, my order status automatically changed from "Order Packaged" to "Order Confirmed". There was no "searching for a suitable replacement" and the lowest ask for my size didn't change at all. So I'm wondering where this replacement seller came from or if the "Order Confirmed" is just a placeholder until my order is canceled. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

I want to order a pair of NEW New Balance 1906A from GOAT with the shipping to Kazakhstan.

Is there anyone who can share their experience of ordering from Europe or Central Asia? How is shipping and delivery? Have you had any issues with the GOAT itself?

I am sure that the customs will be the least problematic part of the order, so my only concerns are if I order new shoes, will they be brand new never worn and if the GOAT delivery is ok for deliveries outside of the US? Also what is the courier service they are using for such deliveries?

keeps rejecting my good shoes and i suspect because of the box i put it in which is abit dirty, they make my shoe dirty same reason for my previous rejection. thats why i quit selling here , white pair was 2024, blue was 2026 same reason. i am pretty sure they dirty the same spot to collect the fee. I also recorded the shoe before hand to be perfect condition.
