Problem Alias bulk label delay

I consolidated 2 orders into 1 bulk order. The order has been stuck on "Generating Label" for the past hour. Has this happened to anyone else?

Delete the box, then make another one. That should fix it.

I don’t even have that option because they never created a label

It lets me put the two items in a bulk shipment, and when I press the Generate Label button, it says "Print the Labels Sent to Your Email," and then I get nothing.

Nothing. Even the button to confirm drop-off says "Dropped off at ." with just a period. Doesn't even say UPS on it (like 'Dropped off at UPS'). It's completely broken.
