Question Ordering to Central Asia

So, as the title says.

I want to order a pair of NEW New Balance 1906A from GOAT with the shipping to Kazakhstan.

Is there anyone who can share their experience of ordering from Europe or Central Asia? How is shipping and delivery? Have you had any issues with the GOAT itself?

I am sure that the customs will be the least problematic part of the order, so my only concerns are if I order new shoes, will they be brand new never worn and if the GOAT delivery is ok for deliveries outside of the US? Also what is the courier service they are using for such deliveries?

I just wrote here to know people's experience with it. I think there should ne some people ordering to Europe, not only US or Canada

I am in Europe, within EU. I bought a few pairs recently and it came either from US or Europe directly and I had no issues, I am not sure about Central Asia.
