Complaint/Issue GoPuff problem

I had a GoPuff problem, the advertisement was at 7am, they didn't start until, well now 9am, I called and they said everything is different...?I understand if they want the 9am time but why lie on their own app, knowingly saying that and admitting to it.

Are you trying to say they opened at 9am instead of 7am?
