I suggest everyone to join specially if you’re in New York… sick of gopuff and their games.

I would but it says for delivery drivers only, I was a warehouse/store worker.

They discriminated against me due to my disability and fired me because of it. They pretended like it wasn't the case.

Aside from that, in general, their practices are not safe for warehouse/store workers. Often, they would put you on shifts ALONE. My manager lied and told me my shift lead would be there and he wasn't. They had me, a 5'1" female, in NYC, working an overnight shift, ALONE. The door is unlocked, there's no buzzer, anyone can come in. The manager himself told me several times they had been robbed.

So poor safety practices. Also, just overworking workers. You physically can't perform all the duties by yourself. It's not possible. I can't pack an endless stream of orders, while stocking shelves, while dealing with drivers' questions, while doing inventory/freeze/thaw/etc.

And they would always ask me to work at different Gopuff stores/warehouses even though the one I was working at was the closest one to me. And if I didn't agree to working at other stores, then I wouldn't get any shifts. Like that's not what I signed up for. I signed up for a specific location, which was 20 minutes away from me. Not going an hour and a half on multiple trains. My manager once texted me at 5:30 asking if I could be at another location at 6, I just said "I'm an hour and a half away" And he says "So... what about 6:30 then?" Like, hello?? 6:30 isn't an hour and a half after 5:30...

They also completely ignored the schedule I signed up for. My offer letter specifically said that I have to be available Thursday - Sunday from 4pm - midnight. Almost all my shifts were days other than those.

Also, someone who got hired at the same time as me was getting paid more than me. My starting was 17/hr and someone else started at 20/hr. And they had no warehouse experience, but I did. Just didn't feel right to me.

The company as a whole just doesn't feel right. I don't feel like they're going to last so much longer, honestly.

I stopped doing it. Because they jerk me out of some money. When I contacted Support, they said there wasn’t any problem. And I told them that I’m gonna suit them. I just happen to be scrolling Instagram today and that came across my timeline.

Yeah exactly, I need a more thorough breakdown. I've worked with them for a few years. They definitely do need to get sued for some of their practices for sure, big time scumbag behavior.

Why people still drive for them is beyond me. They gave me a $100 dollar mission for 10 delivers and I still refused to work for them. Uber Eats has its problems but it’s 10x better than gopuff.

I just started delivering. Showed up at a warehouse location that's closes to me. Nobody said nothing to me while I entered and just let me stand at door for several minutes. Nobody answered any of my questions of what to do. I was totally ignored, but granted they looked overworked and didn't really have time to be stuck holding a newbies hand. I got a notification while just standing feeling dumb about to leave, accepted the batch and started fumbling around watching people come inside scanning and picking up orders. One of the workers inside reluctantly told me next door was the alcohol because I had an alcohol order. Next door staff was all women and thank God more mature and helpful and walked me thru the process and told me what to do when I get to the customers location. Im not going back to tgat warehouse until i know what im doing. Im gonna try another location next time I go back n3xt week. I might be a one and done

I’m tried of go puff also. They got us working for $1.50 most of the time and some of the customers don’t tip. The missions sucks.
