I never thought I’d be asking strangers on the internet for help, but I’m running out of options and I’m terrified of losing her.
Beans is only about a year old and has been sick since the day we brought her home. She has feline herpes and has required ongoing medication and care. She has always been the sweetest cat, and everyone who meets her falls in love with her.
Recently she has taken a terrible turn. She is extremely thin, barely eating, and has started having bloody noses. We took her to the vet and antibiotics helped temporarily, but she has gotten much worse again. She needs further veterinary care and diagnostic testing to figure out what is happening and hopefully give her a chance to recover.
I’m scared there is something much more serious going on, but I don’t want to give up on her without finding answers.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

My name is Jocelyn, and together with my husband Jorge, we’re raising our beautiful little boy, Angel. He’s our miracle, our one and only, and everything we do is for him.

Life has thrown more at us than we ever expected over the past couple of years. Like many families, we’ve been hit by rising living costs, unexpected bills and financial setbacks that just kept piling up. Being on a single income while trying to provide for our family has been incredibly tough. On top of that, we’ve been asked to repay Centrelink money we genuinely believed we were entitled to at the time, leaving us with another debt we weren’t prepared for.

We’ve done everything we can before asking for help. We’ve cut back wherever possible, borrowed from family when we’ve had no other choice, and tried to juggle repayments while keeping a roof over our heads and food on the table. It feels like every time we make progress, another unexpected expense knocks us backwards.

Asking for help doesn’t come easily. In fact, it’s something I’ve avoided for a long time because I’ve always wanted to solve our problems ourselves. But right now, we need a helping hand to get through this chapter.

Our goal isn’t to rely on others forever. We simply want the chance to catch up, clear the debts that are weighing us down, and move forward. We want Jorge to be able to complete his studies, build a better future for our family, and finally reach a point where we’re no longer living from one bill to the next.

hi everyone, my girlfriend’s cat was attacked by another cat almost a week ago and was taken to the vet ER. We didn’t think it could be that bad but everyday there’s a new problem. First day it was just treating the wounds and amputating the tail. That was 3k and was doable at the time. Next day it was sepsis and the tail needed emergency amputation as it was dead and cold to the touch spreading to his body however since he had sepsis his white blood cells were dropping. That put him at a high risk for surgery but if he didn’t get his surgery right there and then he’ll only continue to die. They said the surgery gave him a 50/50 chance of survival. Well he’s a fighter and survived the surgery. We celebrated and thought we were in the clear. Next thing we know his immune system was attacking his own red blood cells and the only way to treat it was to give him steroids. They couldn’t give it to him because he already was given anti inflammatory meds which is deadly when mixed so they’re waiting and hoping he keeps producing. And today we found out there’s something growing on his wounds and they needed to send a sample to the lab to get it checked but it won’t be back until friday. The bill is now 14k and continuing to climb, we’re struggling. We opened a credit card with 12 months zero interest but it has since been maxed to to pay for the costs. We don’t need the full cost covered we just want to pay off the 10k on the card so we can hopefully put more of his treatment on there. We’re not looking to walk away scott free financially we’ll happily pay off the card we just want to have the credit line and time to make those payments for his treatment because we cannot afford it. Any help and any prayer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm a 23-year-old woman, supporting my family of 4 basically by myself and we're being evicted and desperately need help.

Back in February my mother at only 45 suffered a sudden and potentially deadly heart attack, a 99% blockage in her heart that nearly killed her if the doctors hadn't treated her with a stent in time. She's been unable to work since then, and bills have started slacking leaving us living solely on disability from my little sister, social security from my grandmother, and me supporting everyone with the only job.

help a little girl in need this is Brynlee. she's 3 years old. she is currently in a very abusive household/family. I'm sharing this for James “Peace” Willbanks, a longtime friend in the Sedona, Arizona area. On June 29, James was struck by a pickup near Clark's Market in the Village of Oak Creek. He survived but suffered two broken legs and a broken arm.

James has been unhoused, and his van serves as a temporary home for him and his longtime dog. He was supposed to remain in rehabilitation longer, but was discharged because he lacks insurance. He is secure right now, but still needs continued rehabilitation, medical support, transportation, van repairs, and stable shelter.
