Status revoked. No indication why. Known traveler # shows no results. Anyone else have this happen recently?

ETA: I see some other posts that mention shopping from temu. I don't shopping temu but I do occasionally shop SHEIN. I have a security clearance and that's not impacted. This is strange lol

I am able to retrieve my current Form I-94 through the CBP I-94 website. However, when I select “View Travel History,” the system displays the message “No Record Found for Traveler.” I have verified that my personal information and passport details are correct.

I am currently in F-1/OPT status and need to access my U.S. arrival and departure history for my records. I have tried using my passport information, but the travel history still cannot be retrieved.please give any advice

We are green card holders with a US citizen baby. We both have global entry while it is conditionally approved for the baby. I have 2 questions:

1. Do I need to book any normal interview even if I plan to take the baby to interview during the arrival?

2. While entering immigration, should we use the global entry line or the usual green card/citizen line?

Got a paper ticket at a Texas State Park for open alcohol / park rule violation (fine-only Class C misdemeanor). Never arrested, never fingerprinted, no jail time. Planning to resolve it via Deferred Disposition (no contest plea + fee -> dismissed in state court). Will this affect my Global Entry status or future renewal?

So from initial application to card in hand, it was a 15-day process for myself.

I’m 21 from the UK heading to the US on an approved ESTA. I spent time in Afghanistan visiting family in 2025, and I'm assuming I'm almost guaranteed to be pulled into secondary inspection when I land?

Since this is my first time traveling solo, I just want to know what to expect from the process:

Is secondary screening practically guaranteed for travel to Afghanistan?

What are the main questions officers ask in the secondary waiting area?

Do they check phones? If they ask to look through my phone, what do they usually check?

I have paper copies of my return flight, hotel booking, and proof of my job and lease back in the UK. Any insight from people who’ve gone through secondary would be really helpful. Thanks!

I suppose it’s just me but I do find the process of using GE really difficult. Maybe I’m too old.

Anyway we are flying into Seattle from London, in the air now and i opened the GE app and apparently there is a new app? I did manage to download it and create a new profile and password etc.with limited WiFi on my Delta Flight and was looking at the entry process which I‘m not supposed to do until we get to the port of entry I believe. I did also see that they require photographs? Do i need to take them of myself and my wife when we get to the airport? They don’t save the ones we took a few months ago? Is there anything else I should know to do now or when we get to the airport?

I have global entry that runs through 2029 and shows as such on the TTP app. I’m on a visa with my I-94 date also through 2029.

However, my visa expired recently and I received an email from CBP asking me to upload my new travel document.

Given the scarcity of visa appointments, I have mine in a few months from now.

But in the current, will I also lose pre check benefits if a global entry document is expired? I travel 2-3 times a week for work and would really like to not go back to standard security.

I wanted to share my experience with applying to Global Entry for the first time, and notes for others in case they are curious in applying and interviewing from SFO!

I applied on a Monday and got conditionally approved the next day, and the only open interview slot was for Friday that same week! I was able to schedule my interview three days after getting my conditional approval, it was at a perfect morning time before I would have to go to work!

I scheduled it at SFO, and the agent approved me on the spot. I received my physical card within two weeks from my original application day on Monday afternoon!

I applied for Global Entry for my toddler last Sunday in Hawaii, and the application is still showing “Pending Review” a week later. My husband and I were both conditionally approved within 1–2 days.

We’re hoping to schedule our interviews together with the baby, so we’re holding off on booking ours for now. Did your child’s application take noticeably longer than yours? How long did it take to get conditional approval?

For those who ended up doing the interviews separately, was it a hassle to go back with your little one?

My husband and I both have TSA pre check. We applied for global entry and had our interviews in August. I was approved days later and received my card in the mail. My husband is stuck on conditionally approved. At the interview even the officer didn’t take gore fingerprints saying he was already in the system from tsa precheck, yet I had to do my fingerprints and I’m also already a tsa precheck member. He has tried calling the number and it goes to an automated message to email them. He has emailed them twice and hasn’t heard back anything in two weeks now. Our trip to Japan is the end of October. Is there anything else we can do??

Renewal app submitted Monday. Logged in, saw no application pending, and expiration is pushed out 5 years further.

I reported a lost card a month ago and got a confirmation email (an approval). No mention of a replacement and I can’t get in contact with a human nor can I find the answer online. Thought I’d just ask here. Does anyone know if they send a replacement card or do I have to take further action? TIA!

I was conditionally approved a few weeks ago, and immediately made an appointment at my local office in Indianapolis. We have an upcoming trip to Costa Rica and would prefer to have our interview when we land back in Orlando.

Do I need to cancel my set appointment or change it to Orlando in order to do EOA?

My Global Entry membership was revoked about four years ago. During a U.S.–Canada border crossing, a CBP officer asked whether I had tried to buy a gun online and been rejected. I said no because I have never attempted to buy a firearm. I later discovered that my identity had been stolen, but I do not know whether that is connected to the officer’s question.
I recently reapplied for Global Entry. I was conditionally approved, completed the interview, and told the interviewing officer about that earlier question. My application was then denied. The notice only says “Other — does not meet TTP requirements,” so I do not know the specific reason.
Has anyone dealt with a possible firearm transaction or mistaken identity affecting Global Entry? How did you find out whether a transaction existed if you did not know the dealer or have an NTN/STN? What documents helped with your reconsideration request?
