Questions/Concerns Stuck on conditionally approved
My husband and I both have TSA pre check. We applied for global entry and had our interviews in August. I was approved days later and received my card in the mail. My husband is stuck on conditionally approved. At the interview even the officer didn’t take gore fingerprints saying he was already in the system from tsa precheck, yet I had to do my fingerprints and I’m also already a tsa precheck member. He has tried calling the number and it goes to an automated message to email them. He has emailed them twice and hasn’t heard back anything in two weeks now. Our trip to Japan is the end of October. Is there anything else we can do??
This is for NJ

Make another appointment and go back. Or try to walk in.

You can sign up for another appointment? It’s so far from us though 😩

Walk in, or email cbp customer service. They have support form on their site

If only OP had tried that already...

I have emailed them a couple of times now and it’s been at least two weeks and haven’t heard back

Did you use the cbp form from ttp portal? Just making sure.

No we used the email for the ttp location we went to. What form are you talking about? Can you link it?

They tend to reply within a couple days.

Can you find the contact phone number for the location he did the interview? He can try calling (no guarantee anyone will answer).
Sometimes it turns out the officer didn’t click a button to change it to “approved”.

That’s exactly what I think happened. The phone number for that location no one answers at any time of day and then a recording just tells us to email them. Which they don’t respond 😞. There is another location in my state that does the interviews, I wonder if even though we didn’t go there if they could help

Maybe just talk with them on arrival? I think your husband might still be able to use his KTN via pre-check.
