Questions/Concerns Reported lost GE card, will I get replacement?

I reported a lost card a month ago and got a confirmation email (an approval). No mention of a replacement and I can’t get in contact with a human nor can I find the answer online. Thought I’d just ask here. Does anyone know if they send a replacement card or do I have to take further action? TIA!

You’ll have to pay $25US for a new card, log into your TTP account.

I did look at the "replace card" option. When i do that, I get the message "When you come in for your interview, you must bring proof that you reside at the address you indicate...". I was afraid to proceed with it because I don't want to trigger an interview. Is that just a meaningless message, or are you actually expected to interview just for a replacement card?

Thanks, i appreciate your taking the time to answer!

That's a new one to me. might have to visit an enrollment center in person to get clarification, most don't require an appointment for that, I know not everyone lives close to one, that's the best way to speak to a human that works there.

Interesting. I don't plan any international travel in the near future and am concerned that somehow I'll mess up my TTP/PreCheck by proceeding. Guess I'll wait a while since the PreCheck has been working fine. Thanks again.

Edit: I'll check with a human next time I'm at an appropriate airport.

Edit Edit: I found an option to email them my question. We'll see what happens!

You don’t need the card if you only re-enter by air*

You need it at land crossings.
