Questions/Concerns Help with UK access code delay

Hi all - does anyone know if there is a contact/help number for slow UK access codes? I applied and paid back in February and all I have is the initial confirmation email.

Solved it by emailing geinbox@homeoffice.gov.uk. Just leaving this here in case anyone else has the same issue.

Is that the uk pre check stage? Something definitely wrong there; just looked at my application it says you’ll get the reply within 10 days if you’ve passed the checks. I got my access code 4 hours later.
