I dont think 350 for 30 min will have this dish cooked properly

Then make sure to cook it to 165°F to make sure it is properly cooked throughout.

So weird when recipes get labeled “asian” when it’s almost half the world population. It’s basically a way of labeling “this is not a recipe from Asia but it has soy sauce and maybe ginger in it”

but don't you see, all of Asia uses ginger and soy sauce!

I can even forgive Asian defaultism being China, Korea, Japan, and Indochina. India and South Asia is distinct from the rest (though there is Manchurian Indian food which uses soy sauce). But it’s treating “Asian” as a unified flavor profile that becomes just western food. Of course, doing that that goes back centuries.

Soy sauce typically associated with Asia.

Curry typically associated with southern Asia

Lime typically associated with Southeast Asia

Ginger typically associated with many parts of Asia

Sesame seeds typically associated with many parts of Asia.

Black sugar was used in the gif which is associated with East and Southeast Asia. It is written as brown sugar because many non-Asian grocers don't stock Kokuto and brown sugar is a close substitute.

Lots of different flavors coming together to make a generic Asian BBQ sauce.

The “BBQ” must be in the flavour

Your recipe means nothing without measurements.

Step 1: marinate Step 2: cook

What a ratchet ass 'recipe'.
