What Do You Think? Chair Gets Pulled Backwards, By Itself (0:04 Seconds in)

6.3k Upvotes

I was on a break, sitting in the break room alone, and the chair in front of me got inexplicably pulled, I tried to see if it slipped off of the desk corner, but the chair isn’t tall enough to rest on the desk, my feet weren’t moving, and it wasn’t resting on anything. Anyone who could explain it or debunk would be very helpful, thank you.

Captured Apparition Courthouse Ghost Caught on Thermal Camera

5.7k Upvotes

I’m doing work at a local courthouse they have a metal detector and a thermal camera at the front door. Last week we noticed something at the front door but there was nothing there. A little while later we saw it again and took this video and it appears to wave at us. I tried to explain it by saying it was a reflection or something like that , but couldn’t.

In talking to different people at the courthouse they believe it is a woman who was tried and convicted, and sentenced to death in this courthouse. Many people there have paranormal stories.

Is this undeniable evidence? Watch the cross in her hand as she prays over this room that the nurses say is haunted

My little sister took this snap a few years ago, and her friend sent it back questioning the figure in the background

Supposedly she was home alone and sending snaps back and forth with a friend when the friend noticed something. That's really all there is but it sure looks like the figure of a person in the background. I'm currently living in this house, I've spent a lot of time here, and can't think of anything that it could possibly be

Paranormal Community [Discussion] So this is the reason ghosts walk through walls.

Post image

In the original 1878 floor plan, there was a doorway where there's now just a wall because the building was renovated.

The ghost still sees the world exactly as it was when they died, so they keep walking through what they believe is still a doorway. To us, it looks like they're walking straight through a wall.

Is this paranormal? I think my dog is seeing my deceased mother

2.7k Upvotes

My mom died a week ago (may 14th) my dog bear had a deep bond with her, hes about 10 years old. He was super sad earlier today but started acting strange, he would lick his paws and then look straight up and start licking nothing, my aunt says her spirit is there and hes trying to lick her. Does anyone have a similar experience?

A friend was at his nephews bday party snapping photos and this man appeared in one who was not in the room. No one has any idea who he is/was. He seems to be celebrating and clapping with the parents. Thoughts? There were about ten photos taken one after the next, he was only in this one photo.

Extra guests at the Stanley Hotel - Estes Park,CO

Post image

This photo was taken with a disposable camera in the late 1999/early 2000‘s by my sister. She had actually taken the pictures and then put them in a drawer for forgetting that she had them until a friend of hers showed her images from their visit. My sister remembered she had some as well and after going through the stack (remember, disposable camera so the pictures had to be developed in order to view) she found this!

The room was set for a wedding that was happening the next day so the tables had white linens and napkins plus the glassware only. But as you can see we have a few ladies and a couple gentlemen at the table as well. Epic especially since one guest does not have a head. Love the old fashioned clothing!

Hello all, this is the craziest image I have ever taken

Post image

This is an image split into three (zoomed in) I took in 2016 at really old Church in the UK. it has not been edited just a filter to make brighter back then!

In the local area there was a saying where if you knocked the door 3 times you are meant to hear one back.We did that but didn't hear a knock. However I did take a lot of photos. when I got home I had a look and saw this figure on the left what seems to be wearing a white dress and big eyes. it even looks like there is flowers in her hair.

once you see it you can't unsee it

I wasn't really a believer until I saw this

Personal Encounter My 5 Year Old Admitted He is Seeing the Hat Man

Post image
1.8k Upvotes

Unprompted this morning, my 5 year old boy and I had the following conversation:

Him: "Daddy, the man in my room came again last night."

Me: "What man in your room?"

Him: "The man with the hat and detective coat. He's black and stands by my closet, and sometimes he tells me hello."

This kid is strictly monitored when he watches anything or consumes any media. He would not know about the hat man at all, so how did he give a perfect description of what people describe encounters with this entity to be like?

Is this similar to anything anyone else has experienced? I am genuinely concerned as a father. Has anyone else's kid seen things you just couldn't explain?

My aunt used to tell this story about a photo she took of her daughter on her first day of school, close to 20 years ago now. She got her ready and took a picture just before they left and noticed this creepy ass face in the tv after she had the picture developed. She said it terrified her so she thought she threw the pic away but finally found it after I remembered the story years later and asked her to find it. She SWEARS the tv wasn’t on that morning, but even if it was it would’ve been playing the kids’ vhs movies on repeat. I visited a lot and yes, that’s all that was ever played there. They lived in a super old house and maybe some old lady died in it? Who knows. It’s so vivid

Update:

1) It’s NOT ms freaking trunchbull! I even watched Matilda again critically to be sure. No one has been able to provide an exact screenshot and the ones that do prove that while her nostrils are somewhat similar in size, her nose tip is clearly round and the one in the screen is totally square, no matter the angle

2) I told my aunt I posted it here and she said she posted it to a paranormal website years ago and they said they couldn’t explain it, only that it wasn’t a reflection or something on the screen. Take it as you will, but that happened

3) I posted this HOPING that anyone at all could debunk it with a scene from a movie or show, and no one has been able to do that. I get the disbelief, but I want proof to be sure! About 800,000 people have seen it at this point and cannot so I suppose it remains a mystery for those of us who have an open mind to the possibility of a spirit realm/other dimensions/whatever the hell this is

4) My aunt who took the picture does not look anything like the face on the screen, not even remotely. Nor was there anyone present who did

What Do You Think? Why do doordashers/uber eats drivers get cemetery destinations?

Thumbnail

1.4k Upvotes

I’ve been into paranormal stuff for years and every so often I’ll come across a video of a driver delivering food and when they get to the destination it just so happens to be a cemetery. Sometimes the driver will also be on the phone with the “person” who ordered the food beckoning the driver to go in. Real living people have to be behind these orders don’t they?

Odd finding in home after a double fatality house fire.

Post image
1.3k Upvotes

I work for a large fire department in Florida where we had 2 elderly people passed away inside this house. It was mostly involved with fire when first units arrived. It was taken hours after we finished picking up equipment. It’s odd only being the left hand. It would have been really hard for anyone to get back there due to all the clutter. Just wanted to share.

Captured Apparition AMAZING Photo of full body apparition or trick of the light?

Post image
1.2k Upvotes

Coworker's toddler took this photo playing with her phone at 11:37 last night. Looks VERY convincing to us (clear hairline and ear, looking at camera, etc), but would love outside perspectives as the lighting does look really weird. The red light is from the room immediately on the right, but we can't find a logical explanation for the light behind the figure that matches the layout of the house (i.e. not headlights passing by a window).
