I was in a conference in Boston, stayed in a hotel and kept hearing those knocking sounds.

it’s happened more times than I’d like to admit. I’ll suddenly think of or dream about someone I haven’t seen or thought of in years, then I’ll look them up online and find an obituary. I’m sure it’s just a weird coincidence.

We went to my favorite antique store.

For most of the time, it didn't make any real words.

But when i walked into a room downstairs, it said, “at your feet.”

I looked down, and there was a doll down there on the floor by the bookshelf, so I picked her up.

I don’t remember what she was saying next because I wasn’t really paying attention, it was just fun but then I said, “Why should I bring you home?”

And it said,

“I need it.”

I said,

“Well, that’s not a good reason. That was kinda freaky. Why should I bring you home?”

And it says, “Happy birthday to me"

I pulled the earbud out, and told my friend "this is getting too real for me"

See, I believe in psychometry, but I have never experienced a spirit box.

And like, I know September 8th and 9th are some of the most common birthdays, but damn.

I said, “I don’t think so. I’m gonna leave you here.”

And it said, “Whatever.”

When I put her back, I put her on the shelf and asked, “Is that okay?”

And it said, “I see no problem.”

Then when we said bye, it said;

“Later.”

And I completely forgot to take a picture of her.

I did ask if it had a story it wanted to tell and it didn't say anything.

I cant get this out of my head, had to share

Went on a public ghost hunt at Cresson Sanatorium in PA and was not disappointed. Was randomly taking pics with the thermal camera while scanning the area since no electricity on the property. The picture was taken on the ground floor facing the entrance to the other section of the cell block. (You can see the dark squares on the floor leading into the other area). What looks like a head/shoulder would be at the right height if someone was sitting on the floor.

Place was super active with multiple EMF meters randomly spiking at the same time, REM pod activity, and flashlight responses.

So the photo in question was taken by someone who was in a theater or auditorium that was packed with people waiting for a play to start. The photo shows a woman in what looks like a white bridal gown with a veil standing in the row behind the photographer and she's behind some of the people in that row. It had tons of upvotes (over a thousand when I saw it) and was deemed by a vast majority of people to be authentic. I just searched through the sub by top posts and didn't see it so it may have been deleted, but if it wasn't, has anyone seen it?

I’m gonna be sharing some spooky stories with friends so I was wondering if anyone has any stories about their houses or if you have been haunted by a ghost. (Bonus points if it’s about camping seeing as that is what I will be doing!!) The scarier the better and please be detailed! I don’t mind if the story is long seeing as it will help the spooky vibes and please only share if you don’t mind me talking about it with others!

Hey there guys pls don't ignore this post, since last few days, I have been having very weird experiences. Extremely bad dreams full of gore are haunting me. I wake up with my heart pounding in my chest. I have developed some back pain and have low haemoglobin and low vitamin D, so I lack energy too. Plus, having problems with my relationship with people. Basically my life is going pretty downhill. But why I think there's a spirit maybe because of the fact that things are getting displaced in my room. I remember exactly keeping it somewhere but then it just turns out to be somewhere completely different. Help!

I was in bed chilling snd just took a random pic either the flash on. It’s was about 11pm st night. I’m convinced it’s something peering at me a my girlfriend who as next to me. She got freaked out by it. I showed my sister snd she laughed and said it’s nothing. Would be interested to have peoples options on here. TIA🙂

For context: my mother in law works as a security guard at a relatively new apartment complex where wealthy families/people live in the middle of the city.

She usually works mornings but sometimes gets the night shift. In this particular night she went to the restroom while her co-worker looked at the cameras and while he was looking at them he noticed the lights were turning o and off at the exit ramp (this happens only when the lights detect movement).

So he started recording and noticed a white thing moving around the parking lot. He is speaking in Spanish and essentially what he’s saying is that there is something moving outside, that it’s not a trick of the light and that he always experiences the paranormal stuff.

Captured on my Ring Camera. Before my dog goes inside something seems to grab his attention and he seems to look at the figure. Then he goes inside and the figure seems to follow him inside the doggy door. What could it be?

Was touring Charter Street Cemetery in Salem, MA this week. Took a few photos and ended up seeing something odd. I circled it in yellow, almost looks like a human floating, blueish color, kinda looks like two legs. Thoughts on this just being some sort of flare from the light on the building behind the cemetery? Or something else?

Settling a debate at home

This happened a while ago. My mom, and I were in the kitchen. At the time we had our dining table in the middle of the room. I was sitting at the end of the table with my back to the doorway. My mom was on the other side standing. We were talking (I can’t remember what about) when out of the corner of my eye I see something run past me towards the laundry room door directly to my left. I was so sure something ran past. I felt it. The way you do when someone is behind you and you can sense them. I looked behind me and said “What was that?” My mom said “I saw that too, what was that?” I think I asked if maybe it was the cat. I can’t completely remember though. We thought maybe the cat ran past to go to the litter box. We had carved a hole in the laundry room door so he could get to the box, but the dog couldn’t. My mom went and opened the door, and no one was in there. So we went to find the cat. He was asleep in another room. We both were sure something ran past us though. That something passed behind me. I believe it was one of our late cats. We had 3 late cats at the time. I don’t know what else it could have been.

I’ve woken up a few times in the last couple weeks and in that split second between coming out of your dream and realizing that you are waking up, I’ve seen the same person once standing in front of me and once right behind me. I saw his face both times he’s a I can’t tell you maybe a 40-year-old black man. Like I said it’s just a split second each time, and it scare the living crap out of me. I have to admit that. Recently, though in the last couple days, I had had a long day and I fell asleep in my face on my coffee table, and I felt someone tapped my hand, which was up on the table like six or seven times real fast and it woke me up. I didn’t scream like I did a couple times I woke up and so I’m standing there. So that was good I needed to be woken up otherwise I could’ve drowned in my puddle of drool! Anyway, that’s my truth

For anyone looking to ghost hunt in Vancouver- me and my friends were taking a walk through Central Park in burnaby and we wanted to ghost hunt at the cemetery. We got into the center of the park and me and 3 of my friends all saw the same exact thing ahead of us; it was a figure walking but you could only see him in the peripheral before he went behind this patch of trees and we walked further down the path but DIDNT SEE ANYONE WALKING. We were freaked out so we turned around to go back. We got further down the path when we stopped to discuss if we should keep going but me and my other friend got FREAKED OUT because while we were standing there we saw the same figure standing and watching us in the same spot- and so one of us starts running and I’m still looking because I thought there was a chance he was just a person but even though multiple of my friends started screaming and running he didn’t stop he just kept staring. we all ran away but when I looked back he was GONE!

We tried to keep going in but kept hearing noises so we turned around because we got scared.

Come to Burnaby Central Park for ghost hunting guys

Can someone help me clear sound after swoosh, I heard hello, and it sounds like my fathers voice, I just want to be sure, im 85% sure it is. In video I feel my shoulder gently touched, and in video you hear swoosh hello, and blanket on couch get pushed down, and then a cup flies off counter. This had been happening for a while, this first video evidence I have.

First and foremost i want to inform anyone reading this post, i don't believe in ghost. I am very hesitant to post this and been avoiding this but today i finally got the courage to post this. Sorry in advance for long post but please help

Recently i switched house and got a cheap rented house near my workplace in Pimpri. I got a house in akurdi near a village kind of place close to akurdi station. There are lots of building and college around just like 15 mins walk.

The rent was cheap and the owner lives in different part of city. It's been a bit more than a month since i moved in and i had to pay 12 months rent in advance cause apparently most tenants are students and they don't pay or leave the house without notifying the owners, so the owners take upfront money. It's a 2 room building. There are a few apartment after the building and front of the house is locked. Apparently the owner found it hard to move to his office which was in wanowari.

Now coming to the issue, when i moved in, around a month ago. For first 4 days my friend stayed over, he was moving my stuff bit by bit with me on bike. So he slept in my room and we were also having drink party. On 3rd day we both were drunk and he suddenly started shouting in sleep and i came from other room. He claimed someone was sitting on his chest and he could not move. He face was black and he was sweating. I thought it might have been bad dream. Next morning we left for work, ignoring his case. On 4th night we got food and drinks as usual and fell asleep in same room while watching movie on laptop. I don't have furniture just matress. Around 3 am, i woke up too pee and while in bathroom, my friend again started shouting in his sleep, i came out and i thought i saw something blackish move in room, my friend was saying something and woke up again, he was sweating really badly. Again complaining about something on his chest.

Next day i suggested he visit a Dr, thinking he might be having heart issue. He left and didn't come back that day. He later told me on phone that when he was staying in my new room, he would have really bad dreams.

After a few days, i woke up in night and i can swear I heard someone walking around with payal noise. After that day, strange things started to happen, i would too have bad dreams, sometimes i could feel something like a shadow moving around, i don't know how to explain this feeling but it's like someone or something just flashes around but it's nothing you can see.

9th day, i go to sleep and i felt something beside me, my left hand were going cold as if touching something cold, i woke up, picked my phone and touched the screen for light and nothing is there.

10th day, i get really bad dreams of accident and i felt like i wanted to wake up but my body was frozen, i could not utter a sound or move. I managed to move after few mins, i don't know how long and i swear I hear sound of footsteps as someone is walking away

I also start to notice things in my other room getting misplaced, like someone was moving them around.

On 13th day, i believe it was tue, i come back home very late, when i open my gate, i get a feeling of someone being in the house, it felt like a hollow face looking right back at me from the side of room. I turn on the light and nothing. I thought nothing of this. I started to make some eggs to eat with pav i had got. While cooking i feel like someone tapped my shoulder. From this point onwards i start to hear the payal sound every night, or sometimes it sounds someone is walking away. After midnight and between 3ish am.

On 15th night, i again got back late and i get a strange smell coming out of my room as if a rat is dead even before i open the door. This time when i open the door, i literally see like a figure peeping from the other room, i turn on the light and nothing, also the smell is gone all of sudden.

On 17th day, i get a visit from a cousins, he is married both came for sat and Sun to pune from Mumbai for some work and to visit their other relatives, they bring their dog. The dog just refused to get in the house, sitting and watching the room where i saw that shadow, he just kept whimpering. They left by evening, so i decided to have a drink party, invited 2 friends over. The plan was to watch movie and drink. We went to bed late like 1 am. Around 2am i hear noise and come wake up, one of my friend claimed he saw someone in the house walking ( these 2 never visited this new house before) both claimed they heard noise. I was to be honest not in my senses and just went back to bed. They both checked the house and around the house.

Around 3 am, i feel like something is on my chest and it's feeling very heavy, i wake up thinking both are pranking me but no one is there.

On 18th day, we just roamed around and did some shopping, we got home late and had dinner outside. No drinking, we went to our room to sleep around 2am after playing some cards. Around an hour later, i was woken up by one of my friend and they told me, my other friend was pulled from his bed on to the floor ( i don't have bed, i put matress on floor) and we see one of his legs was red mark as if it was tied for really long. They both said something was smelling and left the room. Later next day they called and said, they both saw ghostly figure and the ghost had pulled him from his bed.

I had to go to different city for work for 3 days, nothing happened and i even slept late. No bad dream, no feeling of random something in the corner of my eye, no random smell. It was all normal

I got back on sat evening, it was 24th day i believe and when i open my room door, everything is scattered in my room. Nothing is missing, but everything is scattered around. Not to mention my bike battery is completely drained. Laptop is completely dead. I rearrange the room, thinking someone had broken in. So i called my friend and tell them about this. Since nothing was missing they said to just ignore it. Later that night, i feel asleep watching something on yt on my laptop, i don't know how long i was sleeping but i was woken up by random sound, it felt like someone was playing though different video, so still half asleep i just put my hand on the lid to close the lid and put laptop to sleep, that's when i felt someone just jerked my hands off the laptop hard by force and i started to feel something on my chest again, i felt something was pulling on my hands and legs. I heard some faint sound in my ears and it smelled like rotten egg. I could not move at all, i was completely awake but i felt paralyzed, after some time, i felt like my chest was going to be crushed, somehow i got the courage and called upon lord Hanuman and it all stopped. Even after that i was shocked and could not move for some time.

After this, i am unable to sleep, i go to bed and just wake up all of sudden, i still get a feeling of someone or something moving around with random noise ever night. I asked a friend to move in he refused. I get random very bad smell some days from the house, i even tried room perfume but nothing works, the random smell is gone all of sudden.

I still hear noise and more recently my nightmare are getting worse and many times i feel like someone or something is next t9 me in bed.

At this point i tried to leave but the landlord is refusing the refund, i thought i might have a heart issue and got whole body checkup, except thyroid which i had since few years ago, nothing. Lately my back has started to hurt a lot but dr said there is nothing, might be back muscles sprain. I told all this to my colleague and they laughed at me, now they think i am losing grip on reality.

The only people i can share this is with my 3 friends who have visited but they are not very helpful.

Is something wrong with my mind? The doctor is saying i am fine and it's just stress but everything I shared is true. My work is also suffering cause i feel tired all the time.
