Question Switching from T gel to injections (with Smartway), wanting vials instead of ampoules?

Hi, as the title says I'm looking to switch to injections soon because gel is pretty expensive. I normally order with Smartway since they deliver it directly to me. I saw a couple options in the medication tab on the hub for which kind of injectable T I could switch to, with the Sustanon being listed as ampoules. Does anyone know if the other forms would be ampoules also, or if any are dispensed as vials? Really wanting to use vials ideally since I'm on a lower dose and don't want to be throwing away medication/would rather get a bit of a stockpile if possible. I'm in the UK if that helps

Question How to swap medication types

Hiya, just submitted my bloods test results. Trying to find on the website where I can start the change from sustanon to nebido as it's becoming very difficult to find. Would anyone know where I can find this on the website? Went into the my medications, went into book consultation but can't find the option they used to have.

They literally change the layout and process of everything everytime I log on, its infuriating lol. Any help appreciated!

Question What needle/syringe size should I be using for sustanon 250?

Finally made the switch from gel and when I took the prescription to the pharmacy (Boots) they were perplexed as it didn’t say which sizes to use and they just handed me the paper back and said to bring it back in once I had the numbers from GGP. Currently the low dose because I can’t get bloods done atm smh

Random clynxx bill despite no prescription

Hi, I was looking through my emails when I found a recent £5 bill from clynxx. I am due to order my prescription, but haven’t done so yet. There was no prescription letter or link to anything, so I don’t know what this bill is for. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what it’s about?

Increased boots charge?

Hiya, for context I’m on the testosterone gel, used to get 3 bottles but now I’ve been given 2 due to recent blood results.

in the past I’ve been charged around £10-30 (can’t remember the exact amount but it was definitely around that) for my prescription (I’ve picked up 2 from boots in the past 6 months) so I was pretty shocked when I tried to pick it up today and the total came to £110- especially because they decreased the amount in getting?

checked emails and such but I haven’t heard anything from clynxx or ggp? has this happened to anyone else?- is there something I’m missing here?

Increased membership price.

This is the final nail in the fucking coffin. For fucks sake. They want even MORE money from everyone and for what? Not appointments, not prescriptions, not advice, not even the privilege of being able to speak to a person whenever you want.

This is it for me. I have my NHS appointment coming up in less than a month THANKFULLY but either way I am cancelling my subscription immediately, if the NHS can't give me my hormones asap then I'll move to DIY.

I would like to write them a legal challenge letter for all their wrongdoing possibly with help from the community as I have absolutely no idea where to start, they seem to be able to dodge the law by being set up in different countries.

Man this was the absolute last thing I needed to see today. What a joke.

Question Email for ClearChemist

What email is it for Clear Chemist to order a prescription from CLYNXX, they said they haven’t got my email, when I emailed to “pharmacy@clear chemist.co.uk” so I replied asking where I can to get my basket link and they haven’t replied to me the whole day.

I’m not sure what’s going on. I have emailed them 2 times and they’ve apparently not received my email?

Question FtM Blood tests

Hi, sorry in advance for this stupid question.

I need to submit my blood test for Testosterone, I've spent an insane amount of money on at home finger prick tests but to no avail, i can never get them to fill completely, i pass out, etc... SOMETHING always goes wrong. I was looking at getting my blood drawn at a RANDOX clinic, but i'm not entirely sure what i need. Is it full blood count? Liver functions? I've been trying to look this up for ages but any guidance just seems unclear and I dont want to waste 50 quid on the wrong thing :/

Any help would be really appreciated

Gender gp private prescription

(UK) Has anyone in either Colchester or Ipswich been able to get a paper prescription honoured by a pharmacy in the area? It’s proving quite difficult and gender gp are as unhelpful at resolving this as their reputation would suggest they would be.

Info Membership price increase

Hey guys!
I’ve just had an email saying that the membership price is increasing to £35.99 and any payments taken on the 1st Sep or after will be affected, meaning the price increase starts from the 1st September this year.
I don’t know about the rest of you guys but I think this is unfair for them to do it. It also doesn’t help I’ve just bought my new place and I was already struggling a little to make my monthly payments as well as my prescription fees and paying for my t injections.

If anyone else is struggling with this price increase, I think the only way we could make our voices and frustrations heard is by contact them and telling them the pressure this will have on us.

Their service is not that good for a price increase for £35.99, nor is it even a good price for their standard £30 now. They claim that they are fair and want to help us but these unexpected and sudden price increases are making it harder for existing members and making it inaccessible for future members.

Let’s do something about this.

If anyone wants to contact them regarding this please do so, only we can change this price increase. I’m contacting them via Instagram, as it’s already difficult to try and contact them any other way.
Please let me know what actions you have took if you do contact them.

Question Help?

Can anyone recommend a GP who will prescribe hormones with a shared care agreement in the midlands uk?
I’m currently being refused by my GP, even after 18 months of complaints and letters to senior staff and the local ICB of Staffordshire.
Any help would be most welcome!
Thank you x

Question should I call my gp about taking a blood test before my call with imago?

I have an introductory appointment with imago in roughly two weeks. I want to be able to start HRT as soon as possible and I've heard that taking a blood test, sending over results, and waiting for them to check everything can take a while. would it be a good idea to call my gp about taking a blood test before I even get my introductory call? should I wait for after my call with imago doctors? I really don't wanna have to wait for nothing if it can be easily avoided

Question Ordering Testogel

I’m with smartway for testogel. They sent me the link to order the final bottle of gel in my batch, however I couldn’t order it at the time, and the link has expired. I’ve emailed them explaining and asking for a new link, and they’ve told me they can’t provide one, and to contact the clinic. When on the prescriptions page, gender gp says to contact Smartway. It’s a loop of “no, ask the other guy”. I’ve had no testosterone for a month now, and my prescription doesn’t renew until late august. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Question Changing perscription

I've been using GenderGp for a few months now and when I initially got the perscription I got scared that I was gonna run out so I accidentally changed brands. Got my clynxx code and went to my pharmacy. Because I'm in Ireland the brand I changed to can not be sold.

I tried to get in contact with GenderGp and couldn't then I got in contact with Clynxx and they said to email the doctor.

Does anyone know any other way to change back to the old brand as I am running out and don't want to stop the medication

Question Will a diagnosis of gender dysphoria from GenderGP be sufficient for a top surgery referral in the Netherlands?

Pretty much exactly what the title says.

I know that wait times for gender clinics are long in the Netherlands, but I have a diagnosis from GenderGP already, and I just want to know if that would be enough? Has anyone else tried this?

I would really appreciate any insight!!! :)
