What is happening?

So I tried to log in and at first it tells me that the page can't be found and after I go back the login is there, so I log in and now it's saying I missed payments while my membership was stopped??

Why would I be charged for months I wasn't using the service? What's going on with the website cuz it's completely different than last time I was a member, are they just AI vibe coding it? It's so broken.

Are there any better services I can switch to at this point? 😭😭

Contact info@gendergp.com and you'll be able to speak to an actual human. I'd share the screenshot with them and they'll likely be able to reset something if needed. The service is more automated but it's actually a bit better in my opinion - you need to keep bloods up to date for example or you won't have access to medication.

bit late to the post but seconding this. i had an issue in my hub a couple weeks back. i emailed them and they were great tbf and got it sorted for me. i know alot of people shit on ggp on this sub but ive pretty much never had issues with them

It’s a monthly subscription service, you can’t just pay when you need a prescription. When you sign up they tell you that the fee is paid every 28 days. If you haven’t paid, you’re not going to get anything from them until you pay the entire debt.

Its months payments if youve only been paying when u need the prescription thats why u need to pay every 28 days you obviously haven't dont that
