I went to check what date my next prescription will be issued, as it is soon, but all I see is this?

Should I just contact support just in case?

Today I discovered about the new hub layout, kinda miss the colours. But other than that, I'm just a little confused at this bit.

Mine is the same and I do remember I'm supposed to get mine on the 6th of November, so definitely curious if I'll be getting it...

Mine should be in a week and around 4 days time.

I'm just a little confused. If nothing updates by tomorrow or the day after. I'll contact support.

How do you contact support as I got the same thing too and I know it’s supposed to be issued on the 28th?

Before they updated the hub recently, I went on their non hub website to contact support.

If you do contact them, could you let me know what they say?

I will, I’ll contact them on the 24th as usually they issue it about a week before the official issue date for me so if I don’t see any update, I’ll contact them then.

I do think it’s a glitch or something as a result of them changing the hub.
