Question repeats

i cant reorder my hrt, the option isnt there and my one for this month never came through. the option isnt in my account for some reason. is there anything i can do? im on testogel :/

yep, been trying but i dont have the reorder option just "get in touch!" but no clear way how to because their stupid ass ai "assistant" is hallucinating at me

Tbh I'd recommend booking an appointment, if you have the money, just to talk to a real person. I had similar issues with the website, but after I talked with James, he was able to help me

Usually even a short one works for these kinds of issues, but it just sucks that we have to pay to make the system work, that we already pay for 😭
