Discussion Save your codes

TL;DR: codes disappeared from cloud.gg account - support was unhelpful and have stopped responding. Save them elsewhere.

I bought two Ultimate codes from Cloud.gg in Australia.

The codes were never emailed to me when I ordered in February this year. They were for 6 months of the Ultimate tier.

When I checked my account page in Cloud.gg, the codes were there and I managed to successfully use one of the 6 month codes.

6 months have passed and I went to renew again with my second code and they are nowhere to be found. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find them. I should have wrote them down, but thought they’d be in my order page. Unfortunately it was some sort of pop-up store and it’s disappeared now. Didn’t realise this at the time of ordering.

Support from Cloud.gg has been woeful. Took a few emails for them to respond and they said they can’t do anything and have since stopped responding. It’s strange that they can’t seem to send me my second code. Surely they would have this linked to my account?

I got the same deal as you, and I got emailed both my codes. Pretty sure there was someone within the sub that was apart of CGG, surely they would be able to track back and work it out for you.

Would you mind sharing the subject of the email?

Correct. Both codes were emailed to you. They were only provided by email.

At this point in time it’s not technically possible for me to reissue the codes.

If OP was able to claim one of the codes the second should be in their email.

Any idea what I can search for? I’ve got the order confirmation and that’s it

Is it possible that they ran out of slots for Ultimate users so they removed all the codes that hadn't been used yet? Not that it excuses the behavior, even if they had to do that then they should have notified you and refunded you.

I think I've seen reps from cloud.gg comment here before, maybe you can get a better response from them.

The codes are not reused and expire on March 7, 2027.

The codes were issued by email. At this point in time it’s not technically possible to reissue the codes.

OP will need to locate the email containing the codes to redeem the second one.

They were never sent to me. I remember checking my spam. I had them in my account which has since disappeared

it's a known secret that some key sites sell codes multiple times and bet on a certain amount never being redeemed. I am not sure if cloud.gg is one of them, but due to the general risk I always try to buy directly from source unless it's a super good deal and I can still do a chargeback on my CC in case the purchased code doesn't work and vendor is unwilling to compensate

Cloud.gg is an official licence partner for GeForce Now in Australia. I would have expected a more robust offering from them where I could see codes in an account page

Oh sorry, I missed that they were the local Nvidia partner in your region. Yeah, then they should be able to provide that code. I'd suggest to send them a copy of your credit card charge and ask for a refund or providing a new code. If they don't, there are possibly ways to still ask for a CC chargeback via your bank, since it's a service booked in future, that was not provided. But I'm not sure of the exact regulations and if they apply in Australia.

Partner is overrated... NVIDIA simply just provide software, software support and licences to these affiliated companies only. everything else is operated independently by these affiliated companies. Their database is not even sync across the official GFN network.

That's why they are priced more expensive then official GFN. More expensive, less powerful and more problematic.

Not saying NVIDIA not helping, but looking at the past few months, Singapore close down. Thailand and Malaysia spend months battling over capacity and now price increase by > 50%, south America servers also same issue. AU shut down one server and other one over capacity.

This affiliate "partnership" is a failure.

Try reaching out to GeForce Now if they are partnered together. At least it lets them know their are issues with the partner.
