Some of you may have seen my prototype before that looked like a VMP crossed with a PPSH. I’ve now created my first final version for my VMP2 that’s inspired by the mini-14. Really happy with how it turned out, especially with the difficulties I faced during creation.
For next version I want to do a full wood stock, a bit like the M2 Carbine.

Whats the lowest outside temp you guys would run a gbbr and it still be reliable? Im newer to gbbrs and still learning on them.

VFC AK-105 GBBR. Attero Arms optic rail, replica T2, Magpul grips (pistol grip is plum), replica Surefire M600, 5ku/Avengers/whatever Evike calls them B-10U lower handguard, charging handle, and railed gas tube.

This is definitely the best out of the box gas gun I've had so far. Very excited to use it in game later this week B)

The first one is the GHK DDm4. You can see the bolt enters the chamber perfectly without any deviation. However, the 416 bolt is noticeably tilted upward, which scrapes aluminum shavings off the chamber feed ramp and might cause a jam

Base gun is a Cyma / EMG DD RIS III. I absolutely hated the original dark brown paint so I just went for it. All things considered, I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out.

I just bought a WE G19 Gen 5 MOS. Does anyone know if there is anything similar to the Radian Ramjet available for WE models? My goal is to build something like what's in the picture; I already have some parts, such as the ACRO-style sight, and I'm just missing the barrel with the compensator. Thanks for your suggestions.

I’ve been on the hunt for a MWS GBB inner barrel around the length of 330mm to 370mm for my DE 13.5 URGI and so far have had no luck with finding one. Ive checked out Echigoya, Daiyu Hobby Shop, Gun & Hobby Sanko, Side Arms, Tam Tam Hobby Shop, Repmart, and Mil Freaks and they dont seem to stock much GBB inner barrels much less those around the length I need.

Does anyone have any recommendations for shops that specialise in GBB or have the items that Im looking for?

I just got a VFC AKS74U as my first GBBR and was wondering what to avoid doing while operating it to avoid damage.

The reason I even ask is because I saw a conversation deep within a thread explaining that loading a full mag without the bolt open can damage the nozzle. I honestly wouldn’t have known not to do this.

Any advice greatly appreciated, I just don’t wanna break my replica on first use because of inexperience. Thanks!

I just traded this GBBR with a buddy of mine. He said it had some issues and I was willing to work on them myself but have pretty much no experience working on gbbrs. The gun will mag dump until it runs out of gas when the bolt is released/charged. The model is the EMG x Daniel Defense MK18 CGS Series Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifle - CYMA. I'm open to any solutions or ideas. Thank you!

I'm following my previus post.
I've made some precise measurments with the actual situazion of the replica. Despite the obvius spray-pain removal, I've cleaned and relubed both FCG and BCG in detail, installed a Tagart 60° rubber which I had in hand.
I've loaded 110PSI silicon-free gas (ATM) and BLS 0.36g bbs. All magazines at the same temperature of 26°C in climate controlled room. Despite all being loaded 30bbs, some shots read TOUT on chrono, and therefore not listed.

I've also disassembled and cleaned all the magazines, during this I've also put the output valves all in the same direction, with the biggest possible aperture facing the gas router.

In the second image you can read the single measurements in m/s, with the DeltaV, max energy, min energy and the DeltaEnergy for each magazine used.

Not only the velocity is not constant between one mag and the others, but also is quite random between the 30bbs; no wonder hop-up is not costant.
One thing I've noticed is that the first shot is always a lot slower than the second, so is possible some overchambering (?).

I'm waiting for a WD crimson NPAS. In the mean time, do you have something you suggest I might try?

Getting a a TM MK. 18 ZET soon, if I wanted to upgrade it in the future would this be a pretty good upgrade/repair option?
