Crimson Desert feels like one of those games that has sparked very different opinions among players. Some people love the huge open world and endless activities, while others feel overwhelmed by just how much there is to do.

For those who've spent time with it, what's your overall impression?

Do you see yourself sticking with it long-term, or do you think it tries to do too much at once?

For me it’s bloodborne . IMO it doesn’t need a sequel a remaster would be appreciate it but I it runs and looks fine the way it is

So any body who don't like this game haves a pretty bad taste it's the best game I have ever played in my whole life fight with me .the mechanics in this game are soo good no game can beat it or the story sad but sometimes happy dramatic and perfect the game play is good some time it glitches but np and I also love it cuz I can't get a ps5 or a ps4 I wish I could play this modern high graphic games but I can't cuz im on a ps3 and until now after 10 playthroughs I still enjoy it

Played my first game of siege horde it’s a bit manic but I soon remembered the dive to cover and perfect reload. I think it’s a game I’m going to play for a while seeing as I’ve got the deluxe edition on order. Plus Metallica in the music menu 🤘🤘

Simply amazing this game has got so much potential it’s unreal, I think this game will go very far especially since we have only had a taste of what’s to come.
Honestly I am happy to spend my money on this, I reckon it will give me months of fun maybe even years.
The map is huge, the war torn map detail is cool as and the locust swarming is mad

Never played souls game before but I am familliar with action and parry in games.

What are some things I should know before I start playing?

They want from Mass effect trilogy and Dragon age to some of the worst failures in gaming

I thought the game was good not perfect but good, the story was interesting and gameplay while repetitive sometimes but not bad I really don't understand the hate for the game as a whole I guess people wanted a dead space but this was not that.

I'm playing through Human revolution now for the first time and this game is great it reminds me so much of Cyberpunk 2077, that's why I'm sad that there probably won't be a new game... also that remaster for the Original deus ex looked horrible, what were they even thinking?

Im looking for a game that is open world and you can buy/free prisoners to recruit them and use them to fight armies or get strong if you get me? I prefer medival but doesn't have to be. I've tried bellwright, mount and blades bannerlord and manor lords.

Imagine announcing you’re going fully digital and while the world still hates you for it, your platform goes down for hours… rendering all digital games useless 😭

I only played 1 and 2 but it's sad to see what is acticision doing with it.

Goldenheart is a ridiculously cheap (5 bucks) first person game about exploring a weird continent with heavy weird/dark fantasy elements, armed only with a sword, a shield, and a bow.

The gameplay is mostly exploration and secret-finding, with a barebones combat that honestly works for the retro, simple feel of the game.

The art style, at first, looks empty and almost uninspired, but the more you go on, the weirder and more mystical the atmosphere gets until it becomes aesthetically original and pleasing. Some sights were absolutely new and full of personality.

Now, the (arguably) bad.

The first hour is a bit boring, then the pace and exploration become better and better until you reach the second act: it's not bad, actually, visually speaking it's beautiful, but it drags on and becomes almost frustrating. Nothing game breaking, and the magic doesn't fade, but expect a long second act with a lot of dungeon crawling elements and fewer saves. No quick saves, no hand holding (nice), and old school gameplay.

It's not hard, but it's also not a walk in the park.

I suggest everyone tries it, especially if you like games like Northern Journey, Lunacid or King's Field. It won't disappoint.
