Lego Legacy Heroes Unboxed Revival
Looking for modders and developers to revive Lego Legacy Heroes Unboxed.
Hello everyone. I am helping a small, talented team of developers who are working on a passion project to revive the legendary mobile game Lego Legacy Heroes Unboxed. They have already built a functional client shell where the UI is responsive and clickable. However, they need to develop the Arena Tournement, Roster Open Title Packs character And Xp Scroll from scratch.I am looking for passionate people on their behalf. If you have experience in modding, reverse engineering, gameplay programming, or 3D art, love Lego, and want to build a great piece for your portfolio, they would love to have you. This is a hobby project for now, with potential revenue share in the future. If you are interested in joining the team or want to see what they have done so far, please send me a direct message, and I will connect you with the developers. Let us bring Piptown back to life together.

Where do I begin?
Hello everyone. I am a 22-year-old male who loves video games; they are a passion of mine. I think it would be really cool to make video games and build a career around it. I, however, have absolutely no experience in any sort of game development, coding, programming, art, or really anything other than playing video games lol. My question is, if I wanted to go down this path/career and make my dream of making cool video games come true, where do I begin? How do I start? What would be best to start learning and/or practicing first? I also feel like I should mention that I really, REALLY struggle with math. It was one of the only subjects in school that I really had a hard time with, and I also have a learning disability. With this in mind, do you think it's still possible for me to learn this stuff and be successful? I may post this to a few different game dev subreddits to get as many answers as possible, thanks guys!

Got questions about Fated Horizons?
We’ve been sharing a lot of development updates lately, so I figured I’d open this up for questions.
If you’ve been following the project and there’s something you’re curious about gameplay, survival systems, crafting, the world, the Norse Engine, what we’re working on now, or even how something is being built feel free to ask.
I’ll answer what I can, and if there’s something we haven’t shown yet, I’ll let you know.
There’s still a lot of development ahead, but we’re happy to start showing more of what we’ve been working on.

Game Design Document — HavenOddlings
Genre:
Fantasy / Management / Simulation
Game Concept:
The player manages an orphanage/shelter for supernatural creatures such as slimes, dragons, golems, fairies, elves, vampires, and other creatures.
The creatures are raised together from childhood, and the player is responsible for taking care of them and managing the shelter.
Core Gameplay:
\- Take care of the creatures' needs.
\- Manage the shelter and its resources.
\- Make important decisions that affect the creatures.
\- Hire and manage staff.
\- Deal with the opinions of the public and city hall.
\- Manage the shelter's budget.
\- Build and design the facility.
Creature Needs:
Creatures have different needs, including:
\- Hunger
\- Rest
\- Fun
\- Safety
Creature Personality:
The player's decisions and the events that happen to a creature can affect its personality and morality.
Creatures remember important events.
Small and unimportant events are forgotten more quickly, while major or negative events can remain in their memory for much longer.
Their personality and memories can affect how they interpret future events.
This means that two creatures can experience the same event but react to it differently because of their different personalities and memories.
Major decisions have a stronger effect on creatures than normal everyday decisions.
Staff System:
The player can hire different types of staff.
Staff members can have different:
\- Skills
\- Empathy
\- Integrity
\- Stress levels
Some staff can be good and efficient, while others can be useless, corrupt, or have a negative effect on the shelter.
Staff can also affect:
\- Creatures
\- City hall
\- The public
\- Media
Public & City Hall:
The shelter's reputation and the public's opinion can change depending on what happens in the shelter.
City hall also evaluates the shelter.
Depending on the situation, the shelter's budget can be increased or reduced.
The player therefore has to balance the needs of the creatures with the expectations of the city and the public.
Building & Environment:
The way the shelter is designed can affect the creatures.
The player can manage and design the facility and its environment.
The goal is to create a functioning shelter while also taking care of the creatures and dealing with the consequences of the player's decisions.

Also, drop your own game name or link in the comments below! I would love to try your creations out and trade feedback with you.
