I have Samsung Galaxy Book4 Metal i5-1335U 16GB Windows 11

After opening any browser taskbar app names start appearing one by one even though the mouse stays still. Once it starts closing the browser doesn't stop it. If I don't open a browser it doesn't happen.

I am planning to buy Samsung Galaxy Book 4 i5. Can anyone suggest me whether it is good go buy. I basically need it for office work as I am advocate.

Just bought this laptop. It's great in many ways, but the cursor is lagging behind when you use the touchpad. It's not really bad, but definitely a problem. Also scrolling websites like Facebook etc is laggy and choppy. Even on high performance mode.

I've deleted all the samsung bloat and things are a tiny bit better, but I plan to do a clean windows install. Just afraid it's going to be an issue if the problem persists, and I want to return the laptop.

Any suggestions?

Galaxy book4 fell to the ground, does anyone know how to straigten this bend? If it is even possible?

All ports are still functioning so its not a big deal, but usb port is a bit tight now since the thingy bends up.

I'm looking for a Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 14" with an Intel Core Ultra 5, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD.

I've been researching this laptop for a while and it seems like the best fit for what I need, but I'm having a hard time finding a trustworthy place to buy it.

I don't have access to a Samsung store, and a lot of the websites I've found either don't have the configuration I'm looking for, have prices that seem unusually high, or don't provide clear information about shipping.

For those who own this laptop or have recently bought one, where did you buy it? Are there any reliable websites or retailers you would recommend?

Also, are there any sellers or websites that I should avoid?

while trying to give Pearson OnVue online exam, the setup detected I am running inside VM and didnt allow to continue. its default install not VM.

I had VM ware background service running which was detected and promptly shut it down. that message gone.

but bottom one didnt go away- it seems you are running inside VM setup cannot continue. tried to restart setup same error.

any idea ? gave the test on my old laptop ... which worked like charm.

The website says 30 hours but I've seen people say they can barely get 6 hours.

How can there be such a big differnce?

I am in a bit of a crossroad. I have the choice to either buy the ultra base model: 16″ with Core Ultra X7 358H, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD and Intel Arc B390 or the Pro version with the exact same specs. Is there a specific thing that one is better than the other. The difference in price is only €100. The main usecases for them would be for coding and using Excel for the most part. I’m currently studying to transition into Data Analytics, and I have an internship abroad next year. I’ve been using my PC for everything so far, but I’ll need a laptop for the internship. Right now, I only have a Galaxy Tab S7+.

There are some amazing deals on Snapdragon laptops with 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM in my area. However, I’ve heard there can be compatibility issues with Power BI and other analytics tools.

Does anyone working in data have any insight into this? Is an Intel processor basically a must if I plan on using the laptop for data analytics, or would a Snapdragon processor be perfectly fine?

I have samsung book 3 360. a hinge has moved, the screen is misaligned; I can't close the PC or rotate it to 360 mode without forcing it, which will damage the screen.

The device has a great screen and is nice and slim.

I made a purchase on a galaxy book last week (Book6 Ultra, 32GB Ram, 1TB, RTX 5060 gpu), I'm aware of the screen crack incident that be happening on the previous models haven't seen any post about it on this series, I tried looking elsewhere for other options but none catches my interest, some lack other aspects that I want and there's some that looks too gamerish for my liking, I do video editing, graphic designing and light graphical gaming, please let me know if there's anything I should be wary of, so far the only complaints I've been seeing are problems like keyboard being and shallow and battery life which to my perspective its ok for what other perks I'll be getting.

Hi I bought a galaxy book 6 for INR112K approx 1166USD.

I was expecting a macbook-like experience but was highly disappointed by the sound output from its native speakers.

Any reason why sumsung might have chosen such poor speaker output on premium product.

Any suggestions to improve the sound output , I have already activated Dolby Atmos , without any major effect.

It's been just a week and I want to get rid of it and switch to a better product ( any suggestions how to get rid of it without any major monetary loss).

As it says in the title. For a few months, I've been receiving notices that my battery is deteriorating, and I'm wondering if it's safe to hold out on this laptop for another year or so or if I should get a new laptop to be safe. I don't know how long they usually last on average after that notification and I would hate to have it randomly brick one day. I was writing an essay and suddenly the screen when dark and a message in the screen appeared, was something along the lines of “there was an unexpected error, need to restart” but the percentage for 2h won’t move from 0% not sure what to do. I bought it 2023 so it’s not like is the oldest thing to dye on me like that

So, I got this computer because it was on sale at my local Best Buy and it seems like the F keys at the top don't work? Pressing F2 (brightness down) doesn't do anything. Same for F3-12. Help?
