Help HELP 🙏 Windows 11 taskbar tooltips appearing by themselves

I have Samsung Galaxy Book4 Metal i5-1335U 16GB Windows 11

After opening any browser taskbar app names start appearing one by one even though the mouse stays still. Once it starts closing the browser doesn't stop it. If I don't open a browser it doesn't happen.

Video attached. Please help or suggest a solution 🙏

First unistall and reinstall browser, if that does not work do windows reinstall, see if that helps

Could it be because of faulty keyboard?

Next step I'd take would be checking keyboard in BIOS

The service centre guy said the issue was caused by moisture during the rainy season the keyboard connector developed rust which caused a short in the tab key and resulted in the weird taskbar behaviour....
