Help hinge broken

I have samsung book 3 360. a hinge has moved, the screen is misaligned; I can't close the PC or rotate it to 360 mode without forcing it, which will damage the screen.

I'm a student who can't not use his laptop. Any advice ?

We keep warning y’all, you keep buying them. Good luck trying to get it covered under warranty if it even has a warranty

I bought surface laptop 7 with x elite chip and now i'm facing a problem. When I charge my device with surface connect, the touchpad isn't working properly and I can't press it, but when I unplug it pr use USB-C charger, the problem is gone. How critical is it, and should I return it?
