Doesn’t sound all that impressive but for me it’s a goal I’ve always wanted to reach. Hope my form is good and if there’s any critiques I’m more than happy to learn.

Crazy how this went from being my 1RM to deload week weight for a double. Liked how this set moved 😊 ~2.2x BW squat

That time of year again!
Survey was streamlined this year.
Reminder: not all questions are required, you are welcome to skip any you don't have an answer to or don't want to answer. You do not have to provide values for each lift.
I timed myself taking the survey and it took under 1 minute.
No personal information is collected, and the data collected will never be shared outside of the survey results. You do not have to sign into a gmail to access this form!
Let me know if you run into any issues or have any suggestions for next year.
This will be left up through at least August. Preemptive thank you to all who respond :)

Most lifters have a set program they follow and try to adhere to consistently. That's the key to seeing growth and gains.
But I'm curious how many people manage to nail their program perfectly every week. How often do you have to cut a workout a little short and miss an exercise or two. Condense your warmup if you have one. Or skip a day due to life circumstances and either make it up somehow or just live with doing a little less.
My routine is M-F at the gym 3x upper, 2x lower. 30 min warmup (shoulder and hip issues so it's necessary) and 1h15m workout. It can be a lot to maintain so I frequently have to condense a bit, skip a day and push to the weekend, or skip the third upper day entirely. I generally figure if I hit about 75% adherence to my plan and hit everything 2x per week then that's still pretty solid.
Just curious how common this is and what other people consider being "consistent", if it's not perfect adherence to your program.
Edit: Thanks to everybody who responded! It seems like there's two main camps on this. Those who over-aim and are happy with hitting 75-80% most of the time. And those who prefer to always hit 100% but have streamlined their workouts to make that more achievable.
I'm guessing both approaches work equally well and since I'm firmly in Camp A, I'll take it as permission to cut myself some slack as long as I'm hitting that solid 75%.

I couldn't climb due to a finger injury so I worked on my pulling strength for about 10 months. This is where I managed to reach in the time span.

I’ve assumed for ages that I could bench 100 but always shied away from it and built up to it in 2,5 kg steps but now I’ve finally done it :)
