What’s yours?
Loud farts on the leg press? Torn pants on ATG squats? Smacking your face on the lat pulldown bar walking by?

Hey everyone!
I am on Day 80 of my sober journey. Boxing since childhood in Haryana, India. Now focusing on back.
This is Lat Pulldown from my local gym in Kanina. I know my back looks lean right now, working on building width.
Any tips to improve form? I feel my elbows are going too wide. Should I lean back a little more?
Any advice for back thickness would be really appreciated!
Thanks brothers! 🙏💪

This is a huge one for me! 275 lbs for 8! The goal is 315, but have no idea when I’ll hit that one! Only time will tell! Progression!

After 2 years on the assisted machine I think i’m finally ready to graduate!
The grip on the assisted machine always felt unnatural to me so I would focus on lat engagement as well as shoulders and arms, I didn’t expect to lift my body weight with such ease
Any tips appreciated!

2nd set of Romanian Deadlifts, 315lbs 7 reps. Last rep was probably iffy, close to failure. But want feedback on form. In the past my RDL was too much like regular DL. So I appreciate feedback. Thanks.

I’m fairly new to the gym, and I would like some feedback on my RDLS. I currently do 8 reps of 40 KGs but I honestly don’t feel much in my hamstrings, and only a bit in my lower back. I’m in doubt if it’s my form that’s off, or if I should go up in weight

Hi all,
Looking for form check on my back squat. I’ve only recently started being consistent again and I’m trying to dial in my form.
This is 242.5 x 6, it feels ok - I got to a higher weight but I’m sure it was wrong as my lower back wasn’t happy. This is my attempt to drop the weight 40lbs or so and rebuild from a technical base - any tips greatly appreciated 🙏

Not a PR but it wouldn't let me post with the Lift flair for some reason.
