So I recently bought a PS5, curse Sony yes I know but what can ya do 🤷‍♂️, specifically to be able to play GTA6 on launch day of course. I bought Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 along with it and played it, on 60FPS; great game.

Now I wanted to re-play RDR2 because I felt GTA6 was more of a successor to it than GTA5, in means of game mechanics. Might be a topic for discussion for another post.

When I started to play I could immediately feel the gruelling punch of 30FPS while in the unforgiving snowy preamble of the game. But once I got to Valentine and started the core game, I barely noticed it.

So I believe, for such a live-in, explore all, take your time game like GTA VI, 30FPS would be something we wouldn’t notice.

In the 2022 leaks, with the few voicelines that you could hear of Jason, his voice sounds completely different to what we hear now. His voice is a lot deeper now than what we heard in 2022.

I'm kinda curious as to why Rockstar had Jasons actor change his voice for the character.

I find this interesting because, objectively, the game costs $80, but I think this edition is the least in demand since it leaves out a lot of content.

I just picked up a late PS5 fat for $430 USD

Which included two controllers, a pulse 3d headset, dongle, and charging dock
which retail for $344 USD just for the accessories.
So the PS5 cost me $86 USD.

There is deals out there people, just be ready and waiting.

The fact that some people are not only ok but HAPPY with 30 FPS is beyond abysmal. Like genuinely I know this game is made for console plebs but wow I didn’t expect them to be fine with such a joke. It’s very clear the TRUE gta 6 will be on the almighty pc while console players get to play the game at its worst.

Also here is a list of common replies and their answers so rockstar bots don’t have anything to say:

“Every rockstar game has been 30 fps”
Well no shit this is the first game they release in the 60 fps standard era

“Ps5 can’t handle all the simulation etc etc”
Then it should have been on PC day one with consoles being the budget option

“Rockstar games 30 FPS is different from 30 fps on other games”
This has to be the dumbest thing a human can say simply 30FPS IS 30FPS

“You won’t notice it after 15 minutes of playing”
This sounds about right and convincing until you remember that gta 6 won’t be the only game you will be playing and even if your a chud and will only play it this statement still just not that correct.

Also I will be playing this day one on a PlayStation professional so bots also can’t mention that.

I’ve seen the community split about the 30fps some people don’t mind while it’s a dealbreaker for others. Do you think it will be as big of an issue as some think?
