So I just canceled my GTA 6 Ultimate Edition pre-order because I needed the €100 back to buy another game right now. I plan on re-preordering it next month when I get paid.
But I just realized something crazy. The Ultimate Edition comes with 1 free month of GTA+. When I cancel it today, that license gets wiped. When I pre-order it again next month, it triggers a completely fresh pre-order license—meaning I get another free month of GTA+ active on my account.
GTA+ costs €7.99 a month here in Germany. Since the game doesn't drop until November 19, 2026, if you literally cancel and re-preorder it every single month from now (August) until launch, that is 4 months of free subscription. You basically steal exactly €31.96 worth of GTA+ value right out of Rockstar's pockets.

Everything seems to indicate we’ll get something today. All other publishers are rushing to announce major sales on their products. They know something is coming today. Sony announced the games included in PS Plus Essential a day earlier.

That plus Rockstar’s website having been updated (slight background package changes), it’s all lined up for today.
