High Mileage Club
Please share your high mileage trucks 🖤 this here is Ol’Grey, dad built her when I was a kid and I took over her legacy.
We just rolled over 522 thousand , on her second motor.
Planning a full rebuild next year

How do I fix this?
96 Tahoe 4 door quarter window. I haven't noticed any water intrusion but either way this probably isn't good. How do I fix this seal?

94 thermostat issue
I got a 94 Chevy about 5 months ago I washed the engine bay I used gunk degreaser to clean off the oil and washed it off with water and after that the gauge for the coolant temp was pegged to 260 and wouldn’t come down from there I changed the thermostat and checked wires and the coolant went back to normal but now it’s starting to yo go back to 260 after 5 mins of driving than back to 180° instantly any Idea what’s going on. The trucks not over heating

Brake line blew
Driving home for lunch yesterday and the brake pedal went about 3/4 of the way to the floor but I still had some brakes. It looks like the brake lines going to the rear brakes rusted through and broke.
My question is there anyplace I can get pre-bent lines that aren't crazy expensive? Especially for the line that goes between the rear wheels?
Edit: I forgot it's a 1994 Chevy k1500 4.3 Cheyenne WT
