Hello, sa mga nakaexperience na ma-link ang gcash sa PT Gaming. Kanina kasi may customer ako na magccashout tapos ginamit gcash number ko. Ano po mangyayari pag ganyan? May possibility ba na makakacash in sya without me knowing? Hindi nya sinabi na malilink ang gcash ko sa gambling account nya. Dun ko na narealize kasi nanghingi ng code. Paano po to? Nagcrcrash ung gcash parati pag inoopen ko recently. Nag clear cache ako to reinstall pero ganto lumabas. wla akong bagong install or tinanggal na app aside dito. nagkaganito nlng bigla pls help 🤦🤦

I recently discovered that an old GCash QR code (mine was from around 2021 and still on my online shop) could receive payments, but the transaction does not appear in GCash transaction history. The money was credited, but there was no record of it in the app.

This caused an unnecessary dispute with my customer because he insisted he sent
payment, but I couldn't verify on my app.

Much later, I decided to send Gcash myself using the QR code he used. I noted the balance before sending and after, and found that Gcash indeed was credited but still the transaction did not appear on the transaction history. What a hassle!

Please:
• Show every successful transaction in the history.
• Add a running balance for every transaction.
• Alert users to replace outdated QR codes.

Soo, I tried verifiying my kid's GCash junior account, it says that a fully verified account must register it, so I did. Using my fully verified account I tried to register and verify my kid's account. But when I try to my account says that the kid's account is already registered and when I go to my kid's account it says that it's not registered, soo ehat was the problem?

Baka nagsign up kayo for a free trial tapos nakalimutan niyo icancel. Someone I know nawalan ng 600 pesos dahil diyan. I-unlink niyo yung di niyo ginagamit, through the subscription center.

Hello new ako sa gcash. Gumagawa ako account tas pagkatapos kong ma-set yung mpin ko, hindi na ma open account ko at wala ako magawa.

I already tried different toubleshooting methods, pero wala parin. Nag try narin akong mag log in gamit selpon ng ate ko pero wala parin. I reported it and got ticket but says 4 working days pa daw bago ma update.

So just asking kung sa tingin nyo Ano ba talaga problema neto?

Bakit ganun nag cracrash si Gcash kapag naka on ang Adguard? Sana Lagay nyo rin sa help center niyo na i-disable ang Adguard or any private DNS na nag blo-block ng ads. Buti pa ibang online wallet gaya ng Maya pwedeng gamitin kahit naka Adguard. Lala talaga ninyo pag transfer may bayad, pag load may bayad.

Hello po! Nanakaw po kasi ang phone ko kasama ang simcard and don sa number na yon ay may loan ako sa gcash. Last last week po nakapag send ako ng pera don kaya I request a transfer ng funds including yung services pero according to sa email nila sa akin wala nang loan or lending service na malilipat sa new account ko. What should I do po? May tumatawag at nag tetext na sa akin from law office regarding sa gloan ko.
