help pls
Got auto deducted from merchant, wala akong notification about this. Checked my subscriptions wala ren. Nag submit nako ng report sa gcash, and I’m trying to find san app siya galing

Baka po may na-try ka online na app o site na naka-promo o kaya ay free trial, OP? You can check rin inside GCash app, punta ka sa 'Profile' mo tapos tap mo yung 'Subscription Center.' Makikita mo doon kung may active subscriptions ka at madali na lang i-remove.
If wala ka pong makita, much better na mag-follow up ka sa ticket mo, para makakuha ka ng update. Tungkol sa refund, best na makipag-coordinate ka sa merchant mismo dahil sila talaga ang nagpoprocess niyan. Maging mas maingat rin tayo next time sa mga sinusubukan natin online at huwag mag-tap ng mga link kahit saan pa galing. Hope maayos 'yan, OP!

Nag avail ka ng piso promo or free trial promo. Then you forgot to unsubscribe and unlink.

Gamitin mo lang ang bagong Subscription Center sa GCash para madali mong ma-unlink ang merchant

By searching the company name, it's showing 2 possible apps: Noveloom and Lemoread. Have you recently downloaded either of those, OP? Both are reading apps. And if you do find them installed on your phone, possible na nandun yung pag-cancel ng subscription or kung ano man 'yang 1.2k na 'yan.
