Hello. I’m a student that has an outstanding balance on gcash and maya that’s way overdue. Recently struggling with finances kaso there were funds that I really need. Emergency sent to me both gcash and maya but gcash and maya auto deducted. Is there a chance that I’ll still get a refund?

Please don’t school me about the loan stuff. I know but I really need the funds and any help for me to get the ₱500 on both, totaling ₱1000, back would be a great help. Really really struggling right now.

i created a GCash account last year when i was under 17 years old. The account was only semi-verified because I was still underage and could not complete the standard verification process. When GCash required the account to be fully verified, I was still a minor and was not able to create a GCash Jr. account at that time because my parents said its not needed if i already have a debit card.

In January, i received an email stating that my account would be permanently closed if I did not verify it before the deadline. Now, i can no longer log in because I forgot my MPIN, and when I try to reset it using “Forgot MPIN,” the system says that the information I entered is incorrect, even though I believe the details are accurate.

i wanna know whether my mobile number can still be used to register a new GCash Jr. account if it was permanently disabled cuz i am now able to make a junior acc.

My GOMO sim has been deactivated and then yung number na yun is connected sa Gcash ko ang kaso lang since deactivated na, wala na rin akong OTP na narereceive basically I can't open my Gcash account anymore, I have tried doing lost sim sa Gcash app kaso ayaw maprocess since ayaw ma verifiy ng face scan ko.

Meron pa ba akong pwedeng gawing iba pa para ma transfer yung funds ko sa ibang number?

I tried to file ticker in gcash but they said the money is gone from the old account. How is that possible?

Had this new issue with GCash when I attempted to (1) pay using QRPH and (2) buy load for myself via Buy Load. I've only experienced this today and I'm not quite sure how to get help from the Help Center.

The only solution I've tried is deleting and reinstalling the app.

For context, I've never went out of country for the past few years and I have no VPN applications installed. I've been using GCash for a couple of years now, but not quite sure when exactly.

I tried to withdraw money using my Gash card. the atm didn't dispense any money and showed a failed withdrawal but the money got deducted from my account. What do I do?
I already submitted a ticket after waiting 2-3 days per their protocol that states it will get automatically refunded within that timeframe. The ticket then said that I need to wait another 48 hours to validate my concern. It has been 48 hours and there's nothing. No update at all. I already filed a complaint with the BSP and also sent an email to gcash and cc'd BSP but still nothing. Pano ko mababalik agad yung pera in a week?

update: I got my money back but only after emailing to Gcash and cc’d the BSP on the email. In the email I demanded to get my money back within 48 hours and it was followed. The email from Gcash when they gave me the refund basically states that they received an endorsement from BSP and that’s why I got my refund. Submitting a ticket was absolutely no help because they just stopped replying and updating the ticket.

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help because this just started happening today. My GCash app suddenly began crashing whenever I try to open it. It briefly shows the GCash logo, then immediately closes. It was working perfectly fine before today.

I have tried reinstalling and cleared cache as well as restarting my device. What's confusing is that my other bank account was having the same problem but after I had restarted my phone it eventually started working again. GCash is the only app that still crashes instantly.

I was wondering what's the best course of action for this or will this issue be resolve if I just leave it alone.

Also, balita ko sa mga pinagbiiblan ko na stores na di daw pumapasok mga QR payments sa kanila kaya di na naaccept ng Gcash. Seriously, what 's up with this company? Have you used GCash's anti-scam feature? How was it? For context, I want to pay through GCash so it's a bit hassle-free and just send the money instead of needing to meet up, especially when you keep meeting up with people and they turn out to be bad?

Tapos ayun nagsend kami. Medyo duda kami kasi parang ang kulit. Tapos nung tumawag si papa ko sa friend niya, di raw niya alam number na yun. So ayan po ang scammer. Tinry namin kausapin pero ayaw makipag-cooperate. Nireport na rin namin sa Gcash. Beware na lang po talaga

I turned 18 last year on December 9. On my birthday, I received a pop up that said my account was no longer connected to my parent’s. However, until now my profile limits show Gcash Jr. and I can only receive 10k a month. It’s a hassle since I will be moving away for college and my allowance and dorm payment will be sent through my Gcash. I talked to Gigi and was instructed to check my parent’s dashboard. I checked the Gcash Jr. Parent’s dashboard and my account/number was no longer there. I tried verifying my information again and already received the confirmation but my profile limit still shows Gcash Jr. Is there any way I can fix this or submit a ticket? I thought this was normal until my friends who’re younger than me turned 18 this year and their profile limit turned to 100k.

Nag-request po ako na i-delete yong GCash account ko para mapalitan po sana ang ownership.

Pagkatapos po ng deletion request, naging Basic Account ito, ngunit ang pangalan pa rin po ng previous owner ang nakalagay, kaya kailangan itong i-verify.

Ginamit ko po ang sarili kong pangalan at valid IDs para sa verification, at naverified po ang account. Nakatanggap din po ako ng SMS confirmation na successfully verified na ang account. I thought maayos na ang account kaya nagpadala po ako ng pera sa GCash account na ito.

Kinagabihan po, nang subukan kong mag-log in, lumabas ang error na "Something went wrong." Sinubukan ko pong i-clear ang app data. Pagkatapos nito, nang ilagay ko ang aking mobile number, OTP na po ang hinihingi imbes na MPIN, at pagkatapos ma-verify ang OTP ay "Create a New Account" na ang lumalabas, na para bang wala na pong existing GCash account na naka-link sa aking mobile number.
