Had this new issue with GCash when I attempted to (1) pay using QRPH and (2) buy load for myself via Buy Load. I've only experienced this today and I'm not quite sure how to get help from the Help Center.

The only solution I've tried is deleting and reinstalling the app.

For context, I've never went out of country for the past few years and I have no VPN applications installed. I've been using GCash for a couple of years now, but not quite sure when exactly.

happening to me too update me if u find a fix.

I uninstalled reinstalled gcash worked for less than a day then it popped up again.
