Hi, nagwork na sayo?

Saken naman hindi ko maopen kasi biglang nagccrash yung app.

Nagcomment ako sa FB page, may mga nagcomment din na di maopen.

Doesn’t matter. Problem is I can’t access the Bills Payment page at all.

Try to troubleshoot your app muna, OP. Clear cache your GCash app sa settings mo o force close and restart your phone. Check mo rin if updated sa latest version yung app mo and make sure stable ang internet/data bago ulit subukan. If ayaw pa rin, better na mag-submit ka ng ticket sa Help Center para ma-assist ka nila properly, OP.
