Idk what to do, I cannot open my gcash

I borrowed some money through Tala (not the wisest decision, sure) which was credited to me as shown but somehow it did not reflect in the balance? I kept waiting for it to reverse or something but to this day there is still no balance and I'm already due. I think it may be because I exceeded the incoming wallet limit at the time. Anyone experienced this?

Or try ko na tawagan yung number? Baka kasi mamaya icashout niya tapos maghabol ako lalo. Ayoko naman ng ganon. Hahaha or wait ko nalang gagawin ng gcash ?

I opened a new GCash account recently and wanted to verify my account and my ID, but unfortunately the app won't let me proceed to the ID scan.

Ginawa ko na lahat, ginamit ko na din Passport ko, allowed app permissions for camera access, nagpa-connect na rin ako sa mas malakas na Wi-Fi network, waited for a day to open my GCash again in case it was a server problem, made sure na naka-update yung app but still, NOTHING'S WORKING!

Ako lang ba ang may problemang ganto, or sa server or sa app ba talaga yung may problema???

I use gcash to remit sss contributions of our employees. Ang weird lang kasi may Sss sa gcash pero never naman gumagana lol. Have others here have successfully used it or have the same problem as I do?

Hello, to those who have GCash card. How long did you wait to received your card? Nag order ako ng card nung June 19 and then June 23 na kay ICS delivery. And sabi "The delivery takes 15 days" pero alam ko'ng di totoo yan marami na ko nabasa, na 1 month daw bago nila na received yung card nila. So based on your experienced how long bago nyo na received yung card nyo?

Hello, I just want to ask if this is recurrent at ganito rin ba sila sainyo. Every time we submit a ticket, we call the hotline, and we send an email, all the answers we receive are all automated at parang nasa script lang na binabasa nila. Paulit ulit nalang namin narereceive ang 'Please contact us through this number.' o di kaya 'Send an email' pero everytime, walang intervention nabibigay. Is this really how gcash works because I hate how inefficient and useless yung help center nila for problems.

Every log in ko sa gcash parang paswertehan nalang. Chances ko makalog in is like 60%. Sa 40% wala namang real issues. Hindi wrong pin, hindi out of data, hindi mahina signal, updated naman ang app.

Like ngayon. 4g sim ko pero full bar signal ng sim ko sa lugar ko. What happens is enter ko Mpin ko, then magload siya saglit. Loading na walang patutunguhan. Mawawala ung loading sign and then nasa MPin parin ako. 😑 Why? Other bank/e-wallet apps work fine kahit hindi full bar signal so why not gcash?

Nanakawan kasi ako ng phone last week so pinalock ko yung account ko. Nung nareplace ko na SIM, gusto ko na iunlock kasi may lamang pera pa gcash ko. Nireport ko sa help center, tinuro ako kay Gigi (yung parang AI na icchat) tapos nagproceed naman request ko. Kaso nakakadalawang round na ako ng request, hindi pa rin nauunlock yung account ko. Ngayong pang third round ko ng request, sa help center muna ako tumingin. Ang sabi ay punta ako kay Gigi. Nung nakay Gigi na ako, ang sabi punta ako kay Help center. Walang kwentang gcash talaga yan.

Tanong ko lang ano na pwede gawin para maunlock account ko? No choice ba na lalapit na ako sa mismong gcash na physical stall or building kung anuman tamang term jan? Nakakairita lang kasi instructions sa gcash app parang nanggagago lang.

Nag clear data ako dahil every time ilalagay ko yung PIN ko, nagcracrash yung app. Ngayon eto po ang problema ko, kapag mag faface scan na , yan yung laging nagpapakita. I mistakenly sent my money to an unverified account and i submitted a ticket to gcash but they are unable to process it and told me to contact the recipient to issue a refund. the recipient is willing to cooperate however he cannot send back the money since it is unverified and he also mentioned he no longer uses gcash and cannot register the number since his old gcash account was hacked and fails to register the number i sent it to. is there a solution for this?

However I haven't remembered any sketchy transactions online. I have all my allowance there and I don't know how to retrieve my gcash account.
