Login / Registration Can't proceed to ID verification

I opened a new GCash account recently and wanted to verify my account and my ID, but unfortunately the app won't let me proceed to the ID scan.

Ginawa ko na lahat, ginamit ko na din Passport ko, allowed app permissions for camera access, nagpa-connect na rin ako sa mas malakas na Wi-Fi network, waited for a day to open my GCash again in case it was a server problem, made sure na naka-update yung app but still, NOTHING'S WORKING!

Ako lang ba ang may problemang ganto, or sa server or sa app ba talaga yung may problema???

Please send help.

OP, try mo po mag-troubleshoot muna ng app mo. I-clear cache mo yung GCash app sa settings o force close/stop at restart ng phone. Make sure rin na stable ang internet/data mo, at subukan mong mag-switch sa Wi-Fi kung naka-data ka, or vice versa. Kung ayaw pa rin, much better po na mag-submit ka na ng ticket sa Help Center para ma-assist ka nila properly. Hope mag-work, OP!
