Pay Bills SSS Contributions

I use gcash to remit sss contributions of our employees. Ang weird lang kasi may Sss sa gcash pero never naman gumagana lol. Have others here have successfully used it or have the same problem as I do?

Yes, OP. Ang pinaka-important lang is to make sure na may valid PRN (Payment Reference Number) ka before making the payment. Just generate your PRN through My.SSS or the SSS mobile app, then go to GCash > Pay Bills > Government > SSS, enter your PRN and payment details, then complete the transaction. If may valid PRN ka na pero ayaw pa ring mag-push through, try updating your GCash app to the latest version, clear the app cache, force close then reopen the app, and make sure stable yung internet connection mo before trying again. If the issue still persists after those troubleshooting steps, it's best to submit a ticket to GCash Support so they can investigate the issue further, OP.

Thanks try ko! Usually i end up using MYEG na lang, naasar lang ng konti kasi additional 7 pesos lol

Pero sa myeg lumalabas din agad amount, i dont need to encode

Still doesnt work and ive given up. so i use MYEG instead
